2107 Bay Blvd is a 4 Bedroom - 2 1/2 Bathroom Home sitting right on the Intercoastal Waterway and will accommodate 8 guests. A very comfortable home with room to spread out and enjoy your stay! Open the patio doors to the gorgeous views of the water. Dining tables and sun loungers to relax and hopefully catch the dolphins playing in the Intercoastal. You are just a few short blocks from the beach! Pack up the wagon with the generous supply of Beach Gear. There are chairs, coolers and water/sand toys, or you can take the 6 seater UTV to cruise through the neighborhood straight to the beach. This Bay Blvd home is designed for your family and friends to make great memories and stories to remember. Make this your yearly destination!

UTV Garage: 6 seater UTV (access provided upon signing a waiver), 5 beach chairs, 2 sun loungers, beach wagon, cooler
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Parking:
This property allows for 5 parking spots.
Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops as well as beachwear shopping locations.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Clearwater Beach, Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium (dolphin encounters), Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Ice Skating at Countryside Mall, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
Water excursions are available at Clearwater Beach Marina and John's Pass Village. Dolphin cruises, Snorkeling Trips, Island hopping, Jet ski and Boat rentals, Parasailing, Pirate Ship, Speedboat Tours are among the choices.
