Quiet 2-mile stretch, between the hustle of tourists. This featured 1st floor unit #106 , has a dedicated parking space, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath.

Newly Furnished with a Coastal, yet Modern interior. Fully equipped with all New Kitchen and modern Stainless Steel appliances and Granite Counters. EVERYTHING you need - Flatware, Brand New Samsung Washer & Dryer (in unit), Tiled Floor throughout, Breakfast Bar, Dinning Table for 6, Cable, Wi-Fi (free), Balcony over looks Private Pool and the Ocean - just steps away. RELAX, Enjoy! Includes Coffee Maker (with Coffee) and, of course, The Blender! All New Sheets, towels, linens and regularly scheduled Cleaning Maid.

Master Bedroom features a KING Size Bed, own TV, extra large closets throughout and private master bathroom, with Granite Counters and modern fixtures. New Kohler Toilet.

Second bedroom has a New QUEEN bed and 2 single beds which share a common hall bathroom, full, with Shower, Granite Counter and modern fixtures. New Toilet also. Plenty of Towel Hooks at your leisure for your Beach Towels and Swim Suits. 3 Total TV's and Cable in Unit.

Also, features its own private, locked Storage Shed in the Garage filled with all of your needs for the Beach. A variety of Beach Chairs, noodles, Boards, buckets, shovels, rafts, etc. All included. Also, Paddle Board and a Kayak included for your use on the Beach!

It gets better....A Private Bathroom, locked with key, directly next to the private pool. So no running up and down to the room for yourselves, or the Children!

Ideal for Families as the Town Park is DIRECTLY across the Street with Basketball, Soccer and Volleyball Nets, Picnic Benches, Kids Monkey Bars, Adult Workout Stations and Mini Bocce Courts.

HUNGRY??? Plenty of Excellent Local Fare. Including, a Block Away, Redington's Renowned "The Conch Republic" featuring amazing food for both Lunch and Dinner. Wonderful stay!
We spent almost 6 weeks at Redington Place and had a great stay. The pool and pool area was kept exceptionally clean. The condo was clean and beautifully furnished. Really liked the washer and dryer in the unit. Spent many hours on the balcony watching the gulf and gorgeous sunsets. Bed was very comfortable. Only problem is there is no light for the dining table. Otherwise really enjoyable!

Awesome condo!
Amazing gulf front condo, updated, beautiful, comfy, family friendly, owner available with any questions or concerns....what more can I say. We stayed there July 2019.....beautiful condo and beach. Also, the owner had boxes full of necessities, such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc. sent from amazon for us. :). I definitely recommend this condo!!!!

Best condo ever!
This was the best condo we have ever rented. Our host was fantastic. Thanks Sean! The condo was very clean with comfortable beds and new furniture in many rooms. The kitchen was supplied with everything you could ever need. The location in right on the beach with easy access to several restaurants close by and a short ride to shopping. Highly recommend this condo.

Holiday getaway
This beachfront condo was the perfect getaway for our family (furry friend included). The gulf coast sunsets were spectacular, the beach was private and pristine, and restaurants just a short stroll away. The unit was fully stocked — from beach towels to bowls for my dog! Sean was beyond hospitable, incredibly generous and so responsive. I highly recommend this Redington refuge to anyone looking for a relaxing vacay, or a place to work remotely for awhile with a change of scenery!

Excellent location with great sunsets, comfortable atmosphere, with private pool on the beach 🏖. Kitchen was perfect and private parking. It was relaxing spending the entire month of January at Redington Place. Sean was very attentive and an excellent experience. 5 Star stay

You'll Be Sorry if You Don't Rent this Condo!
We rented this beachfront condo for month and it was the perfect getaway vacation. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and had every amenity you can think of. The location was perfect - RIGHT ON THE BEACH!! Steps to the pool, incredible sunsets every night on the balcony and super convenient parking. You can walk to numerous shops, restaurants and bars, and there's even a grocery store minutes away. The owner was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to rent this condo over and over!

A perfect place for us
We immediately fell in love with the property as soon as we walked in. The view of the sunset every night was exactly what the doctor ordered. The place suited our needs perfectly for this time we were there.

Nice Stay
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The location is wonderful and Sean was very responsive. The drawback is that the bathrooms are dated, some things were broken or damaged, and the initial cleaning was not as thorough as it should have been. We communicated all this information to Sean, and he is going to look into replacing or fixing those items. Once that is done, it will be great.

Nicely located property!
My father rented this beachfront property for a month and had a great time! The unit balcony had a great view for sundown every evening. Easy access to the beach was wonderful for daily walking. There were good restaurants within walking distance. The unit itself was very clean and the furniture and washer and dryer were new. The tile floor was easy to keep clean. They provided almost everything we needed especially lots of towels and linens. We would definitely rent this property again.

A piece of the good life
Our family of 4 went down for a week to this very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and safe condo. The decor and furniture is modern, the bedrooms and living space are roomy. The view from the living room and balcony are amazing. We had daily morning walks to look for cool seashells along the powder sand beach, swimming was easy and fun in this clean and clear waterfront beach, ate many fantastic meals at local restaurants nearby, and watched the sunset from the awesome viewing area of the balcony. The building is quiet and well-kept and many friendly people rent in the building for months at a time. The owner Sean of this unit is very easy to communicate with and made this rental a pleasure. Can't say enough about the amenities including washer and dryer, small kitchen appliances and spice cupboard etc made making meals easy just like at home. The kids loved watching tv and hanging out in their own bedroom :) Hoping to return to this wonderful unit on North Redington Beach.
