Perfect for a Quick Getaway!
My husband and I recently stayed here for his birthday weekend, and we loved it! The condo was updated, clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. It had a ton of amenities in the kitchen, which was super helpful. The location was great because you had access to several restaurants and stores nearby without feeling like you were in the middle of a commercial area. Outside of a few stains on the living room carpet, and a few floor tiles popping up in the bedroom, it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely beach rental
This is a great rental, and nicely equipped. My husband and I stayed with our two daughters, who sleep on the pull out couch, so it was a little tight, but we knew it would be. The beach and pool are lovely, there is a full size fridge and oven, which were handy. There were beach chairs to use, also, which was great. The AC in the bedroom seemed to not be working-maybe something to tweak. The management company Sandy Feet is very responsive, which I appreciated!

The property is still under construction with many areas still unfinished. However we were not bothered by their work. Thought that a 175.00 for cleaning fee was much as we were only there for two nights. Location great, beach access great.

Couldn’t be closer to the beach. Otherwise it’s a very basic clean place to stay. Balcony faces beach but is very small. Building had construction ongoing at the time. No noise issues but it didn’t look very nice on the outside.

Perfect space for what we were looking for!
We just wanted a nice clean room with an ocean front view! That is exactly what we got. The bed was very comfortable. The beach was awesome and not way busy. If I had to suggest any improvement- I would suggest a bigger water heater. We both could not shower back to back. I would absolutely recommend Ybor property and these renters!

This is our 4th time staying at this location. Beach is wonderful! We did have construction going on but we were warned and compensated for the development. Only complaint was that one of the washers would not work and it was after the office had closed. I was washing the towels from the condo and we were leaving so I hope that it was taken care of.

Property old and under construction
Scaffolding was up on a significant part of the building which was unsightly and blocking access to pool area. Rusty patio railings, old worn out hallways and elevator. Drilling and construction noise started every day at 8am. No warning of any of this when I made the reservation and when I informed the owner, the response was that they don’t have any control of these things. Staying informed of the condition of the property you own and are renting to people is an essential part of being a responsible and caring property owner/manager. And it would be courteous to offer a discounted rate under the current conditions. This stay was really disappointing but more disappointing was the lack of concern by the owner.

Falsely advertised, not immaculate!
The positive is the close proximity to the beach. However, the way it is listed is deceptive. The sundeck is on the other side of a sand dune, so you cannot see the ocean. To get to the beach, you must walk over the top of a steep sand dune. We watched several people fall while trying to carry a chair, kids, or other items to the beach. At high tide, there is virtually no beach. There is also a lot of seaweed that washes up in this area. Luckily there were much nicer beaches close by. The pool is the smallest I have seen. The condo is decorated with nice colors, but the only positive. The hot water heater does not last beyond 1.5 showers. The second person never gets through with hot water. The condo is not immaculate as stated. The rug in the main area is filthy. The caulk around the base of the toilet is stained yellow and the baseboard tops are nasty. The flooring is coming up and has blue duct tape on it. (Reading reviews, it has been like this since at least 2/24.) There are curtains which are supposed to cover the patio doors, but they are too small and will not block sunlight. The bedroom is right next to the laundry room so you will hear people doing laundry at all hours as they slam the dryer door. Traffic noise starts by 8 am. The walls are paper thin so sadly that is not all that you hear. We had to listen to people partying at all hours and no true quiet time. Wanted to leave early but would only get a partial credit, so we stayed.
