Brand New Beach Front Condo Located on the White Sugar Sands of Treasured Island, Florida.

This Condo officially opened in March of 2019. Everything is beautifully appointed and ready for your beachfront vacation!

Relax and enjoy the luxury of a private condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico!

There is a separate entrance to your condo unit and a private balcony for your comfort.

One reserved parking space, located in the shade and under the building., will be assigned to you. It will have your condo number clearly displayed.

Feel the sand and surf between your toes as you walk out of the building and directly onto the white sandy beach!

The spa and pool are just steps away from the beach!

Take-in the gentle Gulf breezes and watch the amazing sunset views from your private balcony or from the roof-top deck.

The modern and spacious kitchen offers generous counter space and plenty of cabinetry to store your food. Highlighted by stainless-steel appliances, a range, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, and coffee machine. Silverware, dishes, glassware, and cups for up to eight people are located in the kitchen.

The kitchen flows easily into the living area with an open counter-top bar.

The dining area has a beautiful round table with seating to comfortably serve four people.

The interior of the condo is well-appointed with nautical themed art work and brand new furnishings. The Gulf front view from the living room and master bedroom is spectacular!

The Master Bedroom has an a King-Sized Bed, 49-inch Samsung HD T.V., table lights with USB ports and power outlets to charge your electronic devices.

There is Free Wi-Fi in the condo and on the grounds outside.

The Living Room boosts a 65-inch Sony Bravia Ultra HD 4K Smart T.V., and a Queen-Sized Sofa Bed.

The Guest Bedroom is has a Queen-Sized Bed, 43-inch Samsung HD T.V, table lights with USB ports and power outlets.

Feel the gentle breeze and listen to the surf roll-in at night as a doze-off to sweet dreams by the beach!

Check-in is via a secure code for the front door of the condo. Please contact us directly for the code. The reception desk does NOT have the ability to provide you with the code.

There is a $40 plus tax per day resort fee payable upon check-in at reception desk. Red tide & acts of God do not constitute grounds for a refund.

View of the Gulf
The property was perfect for my wife and I, with a four day visit from our son. Located right on the Gulf, we could watch sunsets on the large balcony, or walk down to the beach in a couple minutes. Treasure Island is a fun city, with many good restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks at this property.

Gorgeous Sunsets
Perfect place to catch the sunset on the patio or rooftop deck. Plenty of eateries close by. Our favorite for breakfast was Frog Pond and lunch or dinner Sea Dog. We spent most of the time on the beach and relaxing.

The condo was small but nice. Convenient to the beach, restaurants, Publix etc.. Parking is an issue if you have more than one vehicle. Kitchen was minimally stocked. Recommend taking trash bags and detergents. Communicating with the owner was difficult. Overall, a good experience.

Excellent Place to stay
Excellent Place to stay and go to the beach. There was beach chairs, toys and coolers in the closet. The place is bigger that the pictures appear, the beach is right off the back of the condo, covered parking is another bonus. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and we all slept comfortably. Everything else we needed, restaurants, shops, grocery store all within a few minutes of each other. 100% would stay again.

We absolutely enjoyed our time at the treasure Island beach condo. The view is amazing. Outside of the weather being a little chillier than we would like. The location was amazing and everybody was friendly along with convenient restaurants in great places to walk.

Great Place!
My family really enjoyed the property. The condo was clean, well maintained and quiet. Lots of linens and kitchen items/appliances were available as well as beach chairs and a small umbrella. The location is perfect as it faces the beach. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely stay again.

I'm big on cleanliness - so the place was clean and functional. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped and everything worked as it should. The location is not particularly attractive off the main road.The strength of the place is access to the Beach. The view is great and the beach is very walkable. Also, you get a convenient parking space.

It was perfect!
The condo was exactly as advertised, and the owner/property manager was extremely easy to work with. The sunsets were even more amazing than what we expected. The space was perfect for our family of 4. The property is ideally located for short 1/2 mile walks to restaurants or maybe 5-10 minute drives when we went a little further down Gulf Blvd. We definitely hope to come again.

Enjoyed our stay! The condo was very nice, clean, and you can tell was well maintained/managed. Couldn't have been in a better location to the beach, with shops, grocery stores and anything else you need extremely accessible and close by as well.
