Merely a parking lot separates you and world-renowned Upham Beach with it’s brown sugar sands. From shops, restaurants, and beach volleyball to sunset beachfront walks and quaint beach bars, you will love this Jimmy Buffet-style neighborhood. The condo itself is a one bedroom/ one bath, corner unit which is full-equipped and offers easy access to pool and beach. You’ll appreciate the upgraded appliances, TV, and comfortable seating areas not to mention the private balcony for sipping morning coffee. A luxurious, queen bed makes for restful nights while the condo also offers plenty of drawers and hanging spaces for your belongings. It’s time to live the beach life! Your beach condo is located just a short walk from renowned St. Pete Beach's strand on the Gulf of Mexico. Response time to any problems was fantastic. My only suggestion would be to better document the size of the balcony and the door to get onto the balcony . Great stay!

Great Location
Right across the street from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and entertainment. The place was clean to our standards. It was small but all we needed to sleep and sit in. There was a pool available for our use. Would stay here again.

St Pete Beach treasure
The room was as advertised and pictured. Very clean; kitchen had everything we needed. The pool is also very nice and there were plenty of tables/umbrellas. The beach is right across the street and a short walk to beach bars/restaurants. Very happy with room and location and would definitely recommend it.

Perfect property, just steps from the beautiful St Pete Beach. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, beach towels, cooler. The pool was great for the times when we needed a break from the beach. There are also numerous bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Nice little place!
This cute place was perfect for my long weekend stay. Everything was clean and ready and I was even able to check in a little early because my flight landed before check in time. The condo is across from the beach and has a nice pool area. Thank you for being a good host. 10/10 would return!

Very Happy!
The property was described as in the listing. The location was great. Parking was adequate and the pool was fantastic. We only had steps to walk to two different entrances to the beach that was usually not very crowded. Surrounding area there was a lot to do wonderful restaurants pubs bars. This condo is also located a short distance from Johns Pass, Madeira Beach, etc.

Me and my 13yr old took a trip to at beach. This place was perfect for 2! Bright and beautiful apartment. Beautiful pool with gorgeous landscaping. 2 min walk to beach and few mins more to the secret garden. Thank you.

1st time at St. Pete Beach
After a couple of days to unwind we were able to appreciate many things about our stay. The building is very old and in need of some maintenance including landscaping. Upon arrival we were concerned. Our interior unit was just as depicted on the app and charming. A few too many nick knack items in such a small space but overall very clean and enjoyable. The pool area which is where we had to enter and exit could also use some TLC and atmosphere.

It is the perfect place for a couple wanting to get away. We loved it. Small but has everything you need. Very clean. Very nice. Perfect location to all the local beach restaurants and activities. We stayed 10 days and would have stayed longer. Just loved it. Would say again.

Perfect little beachside getaway!
Everything about this cozy little space worked perfectly for my solo getaway! The unit had everything that I needed and more. It would have been perfect for a couple, too. Nothing was overlooked. It was clean, corner unit right beside the Gulf and I could see the water from my windows. The check-in process was very smooth, no issues whatsoever, and the property manager was always available for any questions with very quick response times. (I even met her personally and looked at units for sale in the area as she is a realtor.) The property itself is definitely for travelers as the units were always changing over to new people, but there was no problem with noise or anything. I felt quite safe and right at home in this unit. I would definitely stay there again - the location is just perfect.

Beachy Condo
This property had a nice 'beachy' feel. It was small; studio size but manageable with lots of storage. We were impressed with the provision of beach chairs, towels and a cooler bag. I would suggest providing dish detergent and a larger bar of soap for showering and/or a liquid soap refill as it ran out early on.

Everything was just as listed. Close to the beach and bars. Everything within walking distance or a free beach ride away. Only thing missing was onsite laundry but that’s my bad I did not catch that.
