My family was impressed with the condo. The hosts were always quick to respond, and they provided a pack ‘n’ play that we used as a crib - saving valuable trunk space. We would stay at this location again.

Great family vacation
The place was perfect for our family of four. The two twin beds were great and have two bathrooms! The pool was nice and just a short walk through the path. The kitchen has everything you need and unlike other vrbos they didn’t leave just one trash bag or toilet etc. it was stocked with easily everything you could need. Great location, close to many cities and lots of fun things to do with the family!

Comfortable and convenient home base
This was a great spacious rental with a golf course view and access to a quiet pool. The location is great for access to beaches, restaurants and the interstate to get you anywhere in the area. The condo was clean comfortable and well stocked. Mark was very responsive and helpful.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for my birthday weekend. The place is very clean and updated with every thing we needed for our stay . There was plenty of room for the 4 of us in the condo . We enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and mimosas in the morning with the view of the golf course. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe in the area . Its very close to the beach, we walked there one morning after breakfast. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay ! Tezra B.

Nice Home and Great Location
My wife and I enjoyed a three week getaway to this very clean and comfortable home in the Tierra Verde area. The floorplan is very functional and makes the home feel larger and spacious. Those who enjoy watching golfers will appreciate the great rear deck view of three separate holes on the golf course. Furnishings are not fancy but are functional and comfortable. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Lovely home base for tropical refreshment
Our family of four enjoyed being away together relaxing here with access to nearby Pass a Grille beach and visiting sites in St Pete and Tampa. This adorable beach-themed condo had everything we needed to be comfortable, including beach items like a cooler, umbrella, towels, and chairs. A nice balcony overlooks the golf course. Oversized tub in bedroom suite is a nice touch. Washer dryer was great to have too! We’ll be back!

Home base for moving daughter to college
This was the perfect home base after driving 1500 miles to move our daughter to college in St Petersburg. We arrived a few days before dorm move in & found a clean, well-appointed condo. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking some meals at home. Loved having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. Beach towels & chairs were available & Mark had tools waiting for us to put some dorm furniture together on site before move in. Mark was very responsive to our needs & responded very promptly to my messages. We enjoyed the pool & local walks around the area. The condo is in a great location conveniently located near wonderful beaches, restaurants, & shopping. Everything was within a 15 min drive. We will be back over the next four years when we come to visit our daughter at college!

RELAX, have a cocktail.
The check-in process was easy. I was provided with all the needed details one day before arrival. The property itself is clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. It was as described with a golf course view. The pool is within walking distance. Within minutes of a drive I had access to all the beach I wanted and a vast array of beach restaurants and bars. I was looking for a relaxing, quiet, away from all the hustle and bustle vacation, and I found it here. The condo was equipped with all the essentials and I particularly loved that there was starter items like coffee and snacks (thank you). Wal-mart is a short drive so getting other essentials was easy. Large windows in the main bedroom gave way to a daily sunny wake-up, which I loved. In this place you will RELAX and say "have a cocktail". I regret one thing, and that is not taking my running shoes as this area has a very beautiful running path. Thank you.

This is a great neighborhood. My wife and I were able to get out and walk every morning. The scenery is awesome, and the folks we encountered were very friendly. The host was very accommodating, and clearly explained everything we needed to know. We would for sure stay here again.

Beach getaway
This property was very clean and fully stocked with all the travel amenities that you would need. Every detail was thought of.
