"Little bit disappointing that when I booked wasn’t informed of the building work at the hotel. Also some building work being carried out behind the hotel that was slightly more irritating due to early starts"

"Everything was perfect except the bedroom was unbearably hot. Could not turn off bathroom heating or open window beyond 10cms (appreciate health and safety issues), so ended up with fan on all night. Rather negates other excellent environmental measures..fresh milk in jugs so no plastic, opportunity to reuse towels etc. "
