In a quiet location in the district Ording in St. Peter-Ording. The house has two beautiful terraces to the south and west and a large communal garden.

Living room with 2 sofas (3, 2), large TV, BluRay DVD player, stereo and dining table with 6 chairs. Direct access to the furnished south-facing terrace and the communal garden.

Separate kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), wardrobe, 2 chairs with gentleman and TV.
 Second Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), wardrobe, mirror and 2 chairs with Herrendiener.
 Third Bedroom with a single bed (90x200cm), wardrobe and sideboard.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet and daylight. No hair dryer.

Hall with cloakroom, shoe rack, mirror and guest bathroom with natural light. Utility room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner and ironing set.

Parking space available at the house. Bicycles can be parked in the garage. Free Wi-Fi.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

NOTE: this domicile will be available from the 5th. Person charged a rental surcharge of 10 euros per night for each additional person.
