"The manager Filip was very kind and knowledgeable! The dining experience was absolutely superb. If I could give more stars, I would. He had very excellent wine pairings and was very helpful when we had questions. Helped us with our bags up and down the stairs. He even valeted the German super car we rented! Michael also made our breakfast experience smooth and easy. The staff is so friendly and attentive to their guests. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!"

"This historic hotel is truly one of a kind! It’s the oldest in the area and has been beautifully renovated. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. We stayed in the charming and spacious attic suite, and we absolutely loved it! We loved this hotel so much that we even bought a miniature clay building of it as a souvenir. We highly recommend this hotel, and when we get the chance to visit the area again, we will definitely stay here once more!"

"Fantastic old properly but with modern features. Some old hotels show signs of age but the owners of the Eisenhut have made sure that things are clean and new without spoiling the charm of a century’s old building . Brilliant location , very attentive staff. No cons at all with the hotel, but for info don’t follow set nav when Christmas markets are on , all surrounding roads around the hotel are blocked off . "We were greeted by the staff member who was very sweet and walked us through the lobby and restaurant, as well as the after hours entry just so we could find our way. In addition, it’s a very easy walk to the town center and very convenient. They also provided a treat for my dog which she loved. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return."

"This is my second time staying at this property. I suggest you ask for room #17, it has the best views. The parking garage is located next door so it's convenient. The shopping and Christmas markets are an easy walk to the right after you come out of the front door. The city walls can be walked if you go left out of the front door. The staff has always been great and helpful. Everyone speaks English as well. "

"The hotel was such a nice place to stay with a great convenient location very close to the main square and many resaurant options. They have outdoor and underground parking, but you will first have to check in and let the person at reception know that you want to park. The have a self-service drink area with vending machines that had alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if we're back in the area."

"Situated just outside the entrance to the old town, the hotel is very conveniently located. The rooms are clean, and overall the location is very quiet. The breakfast buffet was yruly astounding and filled with many delicious options from cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, bacon, etc. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

Only downside for us was that the hotel offered luggage storage as we had arrived a few hours before check-in, and the luggage storage was not secure - we were instructed to essentially leave our bags unattended in the main lobby and we both weren't entirely...
