This apartment has just been redecorated to high standards, and offers a luxurious holiday accommodation. located in a very central area close to the beach, promenade and restaurants.
Served with lift, this apartment welcomes you to a modern living experience, having all the luxuries one requires. All the 3 bedrooms are king size beds and the main having an ensuite bathroom, Kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher microwave etc, There are 2 balconies , one overlooking the pool which also has a table and one can eat out in the balcony , and another balcony overlooking the street, Everything is walking distance and the bus stop is only across the road form the entrance . The electricity is on a meter and free credit is given to live comfortably as the apartment is fully air-conditioned, but if all the units are used you will put in €2 or €1 coins.

Ideal apartment to stay in when visiting Malta
This is an ideal apartment to stay in if you are visiting Malta, specifically St. Paul’s Bay or surrounding areas. The apartment was clean and well-stocked, and Sandra was the perfect host who was on call to attend to our queries. Will definitely be staying here again on my visits to Malta.

Great Apartment, Great Location
This was a lovely property in a vibrant area of Malta. A short walk from shops, bars and the coast offering swimming, water sports and plenty of restaurants. The communal pool was clean and quiet and a welcome opportunity to cool down. The apartment had all the home comforts needed to make our stay perfect for our family.

We had a great stay at Alexandra’s apartment. It was clean, well equipped and well placed for walking into and around the Bugibba / St Paul’s area. Alexandra was easy to get hold of and friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

Two week vacation
We spent two weeks here. We are two retired couples. The apartment is just as shown in the photographs. It was very clean and well furnished. We found the location excellent. It was a short walk to the water and the main square. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery and other stores. Sandra was excellent to deal with. We would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms with comfy beds very clean, there is everything you need just like home fully equipped kitchen she even puts a food pack in the fridge that will be very helpful for who ever does a late check in,Alexandra is very a nice woman I felt like I knew her for a long time I really recommend this place there is everything you need near by I will definitely be back when I need a break Once again thanks for everything Really enjoyed our stay

Tidy, functional and fair priced. Lack of a shower curtain in the en suite may be off putting for some. Washing machine always welcome. Pool area has lots of rules that no one follows but nothing there presented a problem for our family.

Recommend 10/10. Exactly as pictured. Sandra was super helpful with us. We had a little situation (water damage caused by neighbor) and she made sure to accommodate us and ensure our stay was confortable. We'd definitely stay there again !

Lovely Apartment near sea front
The apartment is located in a convenient area for both walking and driving. The sea front and shops are within 5 minutes walk and Mdina, Rabat and Mosta are a short drive away. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. with balconies that catch the sun, one overlooks the pool is a nice place to spend time. I would stay again if I wanted to explore that area of Malta.

Sandra was a great host; and helped us with transportation and parking. Her unit is spacious and is definitely comfortable to accommodate our party of 6 adults. Having the pool area is a bonus. Great base for holiday
The property was just what we needed for our annual break with 2 adult children. Spacious for the 4 adults and very clean/modern. Sandra was very welcoming and addressed all our questions and the essentials in the fridge was much appreciated. Very handy for beach and all the restaurants/bars. The immediate vicinity around the property is not pretty but do not be put off. In the end we swam in sea every day so did not use the swimming pool at apartment but it looked fine if not the most luxurious setting. TV has all the English channels, sports and new films. Better than being at home! Taxis to/from airport arranged through Sandra was Steve and worked great. A special thanks to Steve who told us so much about the island. We used the local bus service that was very efficient if a bit crowded. We did a day trip to Valletta (our tip is to get 212 bus from Bugibba to Sliema and then get the short ferry). Makes for a scenic trip. Fascinating small city with plenty to see. We did the Hornblower boat trip to blue lagoon and Gozo. A great relaxed day with stunning coastal scenery. We had plans to return to Valletta to do WW2 museums but in the end just chilled on beach for our other 2 days. Bugibba has all the tourist bars/eateries you would expect but some surprisingly good restaurants. Venus was particularly good. Overall, met all our expectations for 5 days of mid October sun at good value for an adult family. Many thanks to Sandra.

Perfect Apartment
I stayed with four other friends and the apartment was perfect for us, in a more residential area but only 5 minutes away from the bars and restaurants. It was like a home from home and the welcome pack was fantastic as there was no rush to get anything when we arrived, we would highly recommend the airport transport mentioned if you arrive late at night as it saves a lot of stress and the taxi driver is very knowledgeable. We are already planning our next trip out.

Everything was almost perfect, location is wonderful and the taxi service was very smooth. Maybe some sharp knives to cut bread, cheese and vegetables as well as a chopping board. Information regarding emptying the AC water would have stopped us getting yelled at by angry neighbours. I would still recommend staying here as the apartment is fantastic.

Great stay in lovely home
Sandra’s house was very lovely and we had a great stay there. She was very kind and thoughtful enough to leave us with some basics in the fridge (bread, cheese, milk, yogurt, water, etc.) which was much appreciated as we landed at midnight and arrived at the house well after that. She also organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport which made life very easy for us. The house is very tidy and well presented and was exactly how it appeared in the photos. It came fully equipped with all the amenities and utensils we could need. The swimming pool was great and we made use of it every day (it’s open from 8am to 8pm everyday). The only thing that I would add is that the AC produces water which flows into a large water holding tank that has to be emptied almost every day otherwise it overflows. On our first day when we went onto the balcony it was already overflowing so there was water all over the balcony floor and my sister almost slipped on the water because we did not know that it would be there so that is just something to be wary of/need to remember to keep checking.

Amazing apartment
The apartment was perfect. A great size, very clean and spacious. All utensils needed. The microwave didn’t work and we were provided with another one. The pools was good and my 6 year old loved it. Location was great too. The few essentials left in the fridge for us was a nice touch too! All in all a fantastic break and would stay there again.

Lovely apartment and pool, really friendly
The apartment was beautifully decorated, all three rooms were a very good size and having two bathrooms was great. The open plan living was spacious and comfortable and Alexandra left us some staples to keep us going and allowed us the all important cup of tea on arrival! There was a dishwasher and washing machine and all that you would need for a relaxing break. The front balcony was a real sun trap to relax on after a day out and the pool was lovely and refreshing. We all loved Malta and the apartment was nice and central to everything you would want with shops and the bay in a short walking distance. Thank you for a lovely stay and everyone was so friendly and helpful, would recommend.

Beautiful apartment
Arriving late at the apartment we were greeted by Alexandra’s mom who let us in and showed us around, they had left us some basic food in the fridge which was a nice touch. The apartment was lovely and clean, well decorated and had everything we needed especially travelling with a small baby the cot and highchair were fab. The location was brilliant being a short walk to local pubs and restaurants at the square. We hired a car from Saviour whom Alexandra recommended who was easy to deal with. The only issues we encountered were sometimes parking outside the apartment was tricky and although the sofa was comfy it wasn’t big enough for 4 adults. During our stay there was a lot of building works below the apartment which couldn’t be helped, we were out most of the time they just started pretty early in the morning. Overall we had a wonderful time in Malta and would highly recommend staying at this apartment. Thank you 😊

Superb apartment fantastic location
Loved the apartment couldn't have wished for anything more exceeded our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble for Alexandria or her parents, Welcome pack on arrival was superb didn't have to visit supermarket for 2 days !! Bus stop just across the road buses every ten minutes looking forward to returning next year Lynn
