This lovely Seafront Self-catering Holiday Penthouse in St Paul’s Bay is ideal for a romantic getaway, whether it is for newlywed honeymooners, couples with children, or older couples who would prefer to relax on the terrace enjoying the Maltese climate. The view from its terrace is enchanting.

This Seafront Self-catering Holiday Penthouse is located on the seafront of St. Paul’s Bay. The view from the terrace is enchanting.

The property is, modern and just a few months old. It is located on the 5th floor and is fully equipped furnished and also fully air-conditioned. There are 2 bedrooms and en-suite shower. Thus the shower room is accessible from the main bedroom.

The kitchen/living/dining room leads to a seafront terrace overlooking the bay. The terrace of this Seafront Holiday Penthouse apartment has a Gas BBQ and Garden furniture.

At the main entrance of the apartment block, there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors.

Close by there are two reserved swimming zones, plus bus access to all the major sandy beaches in Malta, such as Mellieha Bay, Armier Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay and Ghajn Tuffieha.

2 low steps at the entrance leading towards an elevator

Fans are provided in each room, although all rooms are fitted with a/c units.
Towels and bed sheets are provided.

- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 150 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.

- Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. Guests will only pay for what they consume at the end of the month.

- Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).

Calm & Quiet
After spending eight days in St Paul, we know we were lucky to find this property. It is nice and quiet with excellent parking. Easy to walk to restaurants, or short drive to more “party atmosphere”. The apartment is very basic, but served our needs for two people. When we return to Malta, we will book this property again

Thank you for your hospitality. Great hosts. We arrived late at night but with very detailed checking in instructions it was quick and smooth. Communication with the hosts was perfect very attentive and welcoming - thank you Ruth, Leo and Alessandro. Good transport links to amazing Malta landmarks. Dreat starting point for exploring Malta
Blue Harbour Penthouse offers not just a breathtaking view over St. Paul's Bay but is an almost perfect springboard to explore the many sides of Malta. Theapartment is located in a rather quiet part of the former village close to bus stations from where you can travel to the many intersting sites of Malta. And if you came back a bit exhausted due to Maltese traffic, the place with its three balconies offers a perfect space for relaxation.

Lovely view
Lovely property right on the waterfront with nice view of the bay. Everything you could need in a nice two bedroom apartment. There was a problem with the lift which Ruth sorted straight away. Not having a car was a huge bonus for me and bus stops are just along the road where you can get a bus where ever you want to go. There are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance which were all good. I would recommend this property very much.

Pleasant Apartment in Quiet Location
We spent a week in the apartment and sadly the weather was poor which literally took the shine off of our holiday. The apartment was clean and well presented and Neville was very helpful in explaining everything that we needed to know. The listing details are accurate although the 'living' area which is essentially the kitchen is not large. The TV is mounted on the wall for convenience and does have access to hundreds of different channels with films, sport etc which was helpful for us as we spent quite a lot of time sheltering from the bad weather! The TV streams via the internet and sometimes the playback is a bit jerky. There are a few nice restaurants within easy walking distance but some were closed as it was out of the main holiday season (late October) when we stayed. Overall a very acceptable stay with attentive and helpful hosts in Neville and Ruth.

Penthouse im 5. Stock mit Aufzug
Wir hatten diese Wohnung mit 3 Personen für 2 Wochen gemietet und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus ist auch mit öffentlichen Bussen erreichbar. Das Penthouse im 5. Stock ist mit dem Aufzug erreichbar und man hat eine schöne Aussicht über die Bucht. Man ist etwas entfernt von dem Touritrubel (Positiv). Lebensmittel einkaufen und Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind bei allen Anliegen kurzfristig ansprechbar, kümmern sich zeitnah und sind immer sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns die beiden Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Apartment war in Ordnung. Alles top. Leider gab es nur ein Lebensmittel, der ziemlich teuer war. Restaurants waren nur wenige in der Nähe. Die Busse waren eine Katastrophe. Sehr oft überfüllt und unpünktlich. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig und angenehm. Der Gastgeber war sehr sehr freundlich und stets zur Seite wenn wir fragen hatten

Family stay in St Pauls Bay
The property is a very nice vacation property. It is clean and tidy and comfortable and well equipped, with all the facilities required if you have young children. It's located in a quiet area but very close to excellent bus links and taxis are plentiful and quick using a taxi hailing app. The hosts, Neville and Ruth, couldn't be more helpful or attentive and are there whenever you require anything, regardless the request. I can't rate them highly enough.

Very nice view
Hi, We have just stayed ,at this penthouse for a week... The view from the terrace is quite delightful.... The area is very safe,there is very little noise pollution,so it's quite restful, The apartment is very clean & comfortable,with nice beds ( good sleep ) St Paul's bay is in the north of the island,which is very attractive... The owners are very kind & helpful.. Book with ease ... I would definitely recommend 😀😀😀😀

A comfortable, spacious,clean apartment with stunning views.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this apartment. It's clean, spacious and has everything that you need to have an enjoyable holiday. There's a few restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk. There's a small shop across the bay that has a good selection of groceries. There's a bus stop 100 metres away with a regular service to neighbouring towns. The apartment block has an elevator for easy access and Neville and Ruth left us a few groceries to start our holiday running. If you're looking for an enjoyable holiday in a fairly quiet area then should give the Blue Harbour a chance. You won't be disappointed.

Really comfortable relaxing stay
I have stayed in a different Appartment of the owners and always had a fantastic stay. The view from this Appartment is stunning. The balcony was huge had a table, chairs, sun loungers and even a BBQ! Air con in every room all facilities including internet and sky tv! When I get there someone is waiting to get you to give u a tour of the Appartment and show you how to use everything. Absolutely first class service i come a lot to Malta to see my children and would only ever stay here. Top notch!

Beautiful, quite and wonderful view
It was a beautiful Apartment with a wonderful view from the balkony. The Region is very quite. So you can sleep very good. But the only Thing we would like to have there, are some nice bars and Café, thats what we missed. But the Manager of this Apartments is very kindly and told us some nice tip!! thank you for that, this help us very well. If we recommend Malta to friends and so, we would recommend this Manager but if possible in another Region. There is a minimarkt very near of this Apartment. The busstations are very good and very near of this Apartment! that was very good. So, we will come again to Malta and stay in another Apartment of this Manager!
