APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Studio on the 3rd floor, with balcony, approx. 43 m². South-east facing position. Entrance with large built-in cupboards and kitchenette, hob with two plates (no oven) sink and small fridge. Large shower/WC/double sink. Living/bedroom with double bed, dining table and TV. Mountain view. One garage place. Pets are not allowed. No washing machine.

SPECIAL

There is no washing machine to use in this apartment.
During the opening times of the hotel: Free use of the spacious wellness area (700 m²) with steam bath, sauna, solarium, splash showers, plunge pool and Kneipp showers. Relaxation room in the winter garden. Whirlpool and large indoor swimming pool.

The 130sqm swimming pool is equipped with massage jets and an upstream swimming (optional). The pool and the whirlpool are flooded with Grander water, which saves a lot of chlorine and gives us a particularly compatible water quality.

Sun terrace (500 m²) with roofed wicker beach chairs, deck chairs and blankets. Breathtaking view of the mountain landscape


HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Silva is directly attached to the Hotel Europa. Internally, you can enter the rooms of the hotel. Cross-country ski runs and hiking trails are located directly in front of the hotel. The public transport, which also takes you to the mountain railways, is within walking distance.

wir wurden wirklich sehr freundlich empfangen - das war schon ein guter Einstieg in die Ferien! Danke auch für die feinen, kleinen Geschenke wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten die Wohnung zu finden. Ev. sollte das genauer beschrieben werden - ein kleiner Plan wäre hilfreich, da der Zugang über drei verschiedene Lifte gesucht werden muss. die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Da wir viel selber kochen wollten, haben wir die Küche intensiv genutzt. Es fehlten etwas die geeigneten Küchengeräte, wie Rüstmesser und ein scharfes Brotmesser. Ein Backofen wäre zwar wünschenswert, aber nicht einfach einzubauen. Auf dem Balkon hatte es keinen Tisch und keine Stühle ..... aber, wie gesagt: über alles eine schöne, ruhige Wohnung an zentraler Lage !
