Balcony off the 2nd story master bedroom has a beautiful marsh view, golf cart and bike rental available with nearby company, all of downtown it is legal to drive golf carts. Get ready for a peaceful family stay only minutes from ferry to Cumberland Island, 2 boat ramps and downtown St Marys! Brand new kitchen, quartz countertops and SS appliances installed 2022. The Second oldest City in the US awaits. This is a place to make good memories that last forever. 45 mins to Jekyll Island and Fernandina beaches. 1 hour to Jacksonville beaches.
