This unit has 3 individual rooms inside a common area, each with separate lock access, 2 units have 1 queen bed, the other has 2 queen beds. 4 queen beds, fully tiled shower, washer and dryer in common area of unit 5. This has your basic amenities. Perfect for contractors. we except long stays here if need be due to work. Close to restaurants! On your days off enjoy one of several beaches located within 30 mins of the property. 45 mins to Jekyll Island and Fernandina beaches. 1 hour to Jacksonville beaches.
