"We have visited Benezette many times over the years, but as soon as we walked into this quaint cottage, my husband said, "I really like this one". And I did too. The main reasons we booked were the location and reviews, but the second reason we booked was because it had a king-sized bed. My husband is 6'6" tall and doesn't fit in many beds. The bed was actually comfortable. There is also a ping pong table in the basement, so we got in a couple of games. The cottage was so clean too! We...

"The location is amazing, as is the host. The downside is how outdated and under maintained the house is. The site says infers it is recently updated but that’s just a new floor (poor quality) and new countertops. The screen doors on the sliding door are broke, huge cobwebs in the top of the ceiling, the basement screen door is held closed with a rock, the laundry is creepy, etc. The trees are overgrown, and no drapes for privacy in the second property. Worst of all is if you flush the primary...

"We had such a great stay!! Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Shower water was hot! Clean and cute RV. Host had heat going so it was nice and warm when we arrived. They really thought of everything from fire wood to coffee! I will definitely be going back!!! "

Excellent location, nice house

"This house is in a terrific location and is very clean. Beds were comfortable. Roomy and spacious. On top of the regular price, we paid a pet fee, an optional linen fee and a "service fee." We also had directions to leave the place how we found it, even to drive the garbage to a nearby dumpster off the property. I am okay with this policy, but not if they are also going to charge a "service fee." That is my only complaint. And the lock was hard to open, but they did warn us about that. Otherwise, it was excellent, nice, gorgeous. "
