"Loved our stay. Staff were fantastic. We requested a room with accessible/disabled facilities and the room was perfect. Lovely rooms and the sea views were stunning. Ideal location with fab views. Excellent breakfast with fresh on prepared food and fruit. Would definitely stay again."

"Very convenient location with easy access to the town centre for shopping and eating out. Main bus stop was a five minute walk away meaning we could get to the tourist locations around the island easily. Staff were friendly and very helpful, with a special mention to Shashini who provided great service at breakfast during our stay. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. One very minor issue - the toilet in the bathroom didn't always flush properly, but other than that, we had a great experience. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks!"

"Absolutely fantastic experience. Our balcony room was incredible with the most wonderful view over St Helier. The spa was absolutely brilliant with 4 pools, steam room and sauna all available to hotel guests, and the breakfast was delicious, albeit not an open buffet on weekdays and a limited hot buffet selection at weekends. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall made the experience fantastic. We shall most certainly return."

"It was really good, amazing quiet location, fantastic place. Good food. The walk to their pub (as in house restaurant was closed) was only tiny but not all the steps down to the road were lit properly. Only a tiny detail but could be improved. Their pub was very good and the manager very friendly and helpful. Also didn't realise breakfast wasn't included (probably my inattention when booking!). Staff were helpful and nice and good attitudes. Didn't seem very many staff and occasionally felt a bit is this place empty! Would I stay again yes if price was reasonable again. Thanks I did really enjoy it "

"I enjoyed my stay here. Staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive, efficient. They made our stay to feel like home away from home. Beddings and towels were fluffy. Views of St Brelade Bay from the balcony are amazing. Food was delicious and filing. Room was so comfortable and clean. WiFi speed was good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jersey. It’s close to the airport and just a 20 minute bus ride to St Helier. "
