"We used Expedia to book our stay at this Awesome Hotel. When we were checking in our reservation couldn't be located in the Hotel systems. The Amazing Taylor assisted us, she checked several times with my confirmation but nothing. She then called a different location to make sure they didn't have it instead (apparently that happens when you book thru Expedia, sometimes) they also could not locate it. Taylor made sure she rebooked us right there and price matched! We had a wonderful stay in the King Whirlpool suite! Would highly recomend... Thanks again to Taylor for all your help!"
