Nice location. Comfortable setting. Beautiful view. House was nice. Nice pool.There were many problems.Check-in person called rental agent. They didn't even recognize my name and it took forever to check-in.First day called for a few different questions and maintenance. We were told they would send someone the next day. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. Without maintenance we had no pool skimmer. We wanted to know where to turn on the pool lights. One bedroom had smoke detector constantly beeping. We did have a few other questions, but no one answered us.We rented four bedrooms (which cost me more) and after the first night we had to switch up rooms because there was a horrible smell in one of the rooms. (sewer/mildew smell.)The freezer that works is in the laundry room, not in the kitchen. Kitchen freezer does not work.Parking isn't the best with elderly folks.If you have one of the two main bedrooms, just be very cautious when you use the restroom. If you have the curtain open, everyone can see you sitting on the toilet. A VERY BIG CAUTION: floors are extremely slippery when wet. That means the SHOWERS also. My elderly father slipped, hit the shutter and broke it. We had to pay for that of course. I understand that. Just be careful.This stay could have been much better with communication from the staff.
