"This place is amazing especially for the witchy minded. It is like a museum in itself and I spent an entire evening browsing and then picked a good book (over 1000 to choose from) to read. The staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast delicious. I loved my room overlooking the Abbey and the bathtub very enjoyable. If I ever return I will definitely stay here again and I’m going home with great memories. Thanks"

"I received a very warm welcome from one of the owners who came out to me on the car park and helped me with my bags. I was shown the facilities and shown to my room. They offer both a help-yourself breakfast (lots of vegan options) and from 8am they will take your order for a cooked breakfast which is all vegetarian and vegan. I had a cooked breakfast each day which was lovely. The hosts, sue and George, cannot do enough for you. They seemed very keen that I had a good experience with them and went above and beyond to make sure I had all I needed. There are so many little touches that I loved, like a mini fridge in the guest lounge with milk for guests if you want a cup of tea in your room (and cute little bottles to transport it in!). The B&B collect water from the spring and put it into a dispenser, and also provide glass bottles so you can fill up on spring water and have in your room. The B&b has crystals everywhere which was lovely and there’s also a resident cat and dog. I didn’t see much of the dog (sadly!) but the cat seemed to like chilling in the guest lounge. After some initial standard cat aloofness, I ended up making friends with the cat so I was happy. I didn’t find out until my second day there that this B&b sits directly on a ley line which explains why I was struggling to sleep, although most other guests had a great nights sleep. I really enjoyed my stay and had a wonderful time in Glastonbury overall. I’d definitely recommend this wonderful place ❤️"

"The house was excellent. Everything we needed was provided. Only five minutes walk from Glastonbury High Street. And a private parking space is provided. Had no problem contacting the owner. I would be happy to stay there again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Abbeyview from start to finish. Very easy to find, check-in was easy, parked for free just steps from the door. The space is lovely, so nicely decorated with sweet little touches everywhere to make it feel so cozy and homey, while having modern conveniences. New large bathroom, nice appliances, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of instructions of how to use everything. Well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable hassle free stay. The location cannot be beat, overlooking the Abbey and the path through to High Street is next to the cottage, so it's easy to get to everything while remaining quiet and peaceful while inside. This stay was one of the highlights of our trip. We'd recommend Abbeyview to friends and family without hesitation! "
