Western-Themed 2-Bedroom Hideout for All Outlaws!

2 bedroom/1 bathroom western themed unit located just a short walk from the historic Main Street district, where you'll find an abundance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.Take a stroll along the scenic Missouri River or visit nearby attractions such as the Lewis and Clark Boathouse or Katy Trail State Park. Please note this unit is above a bar with live music and it shares the back patio. We weren't kidding when we said you were steps away from all the action!

You'll be greeted by a full bathroom containing a tub/shower combo and lighted mirror, perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town. As you continue down the hallway you will pass a bar top with two seats and enter the spacious and inviting living room, featuring a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen contains all the cookware you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Around the corner from the bathroom you'll find two beautifully decorated bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full over full bunk bed and twin trundle.

We take pride in providing our guests with a clean and comfortable space, and we look forward to hosting you during your stay in St. Charles.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Great place if you are young and do not want to sleep
This apartment was very clean, neat and super comfortable. However, it is above a bar. A bar that plays live music till 2 am on a Tuesday then continues with loud music till 4 am. You will feel the vibration of the music through your pillow. There is also different music playing outside that you will also hear. If your kids are loud or your dog barks, no one is going to complain, because no one can hear! There are copious amounts of stairs that are steep that you will need to navigate. If you are looking for rest, this is not your spot. If you are looking to be in the action, enjoy good food and a drink right outside your door, then this is your spot! We had to leave a day early because we had gone 6 nights with no sleep and could not do another. This was not our spot!

The property itself was nice and clean. The issues are that it is above a Bar and shares steps leading to the door with the Bar and back Deck. If you check in late you are walking up stairs that have different landings with seating where people are drinking and staring at you, or asking what you are doing, as you are caring your suitcase, clothes, etc to the front door. Every time there was a new group sitting around seeing you coming or going they would ask you is that your apartment or Air B & B. It says a shared deck with the bar but I was told by a bouncer that my two children couldn't be on the deck after 9:30 when we were just coming back for the night after getting ice cream. The noise was horrible!!! Shame on me for getting a room above a bar, but it was never mentioned that there was seating right outside the bedroom window were you could hear everyone's conversations until 2am and we even got hear a dozen people sing happy birthday one night/morning. This place is not for children or people who turn in early.
