Welcome to the Gallery Apartment where the name speaks for itself & local art!!!

The Gallery-Apartment @ Apartment-Gallery hosts an ever changing and wide array of selected Saint Louis artist's art. All work hanging or otherwise on display at the Gallery-Apartment was created by a unique Saint Louis resident artist. At the end of the block we have the always lively Cherokee Art District with plenty of venues, shops and locally owned bars with live entertainment usually on a daily basis. It's a lovely strip of local business just waiting for you to explore.

Poorly Cleaned and no communication.
Main bedroom bed was unmade and seemed to have been used that morning. No towels for showering. Trash from previous guest was still out. Countertops were dirty with food crumbs. Since bed was dirty we didnt have any blankets and had to sleep on the floor using the couch cushions.

Nice stay
In town for a long weekend to go to a few cardinals games. Very nice place, perfect amenities and everything. The only inconveniences we came across were limited street parking, one night had to walk a little ways. And the only other thing is that we could not figure out how to recline the sleeper couch and it looked like it was screwed in place. Otherwise great stay and will probably be going back next time we are in town!

First off, let me say the host was very gracious and responsive! He probably would have brought me a hairdryer had I asked, just note there is not one in the unit. The property is as described especially the note about steps. You must be able to navigate a steep old staircase. That means down also which is trickier than the up. The location was comfortable and we felt it was safe in the afternoon to walk to and from Big Daddy's near the Budweiser plant for a shuttle to the Cardinals game. The unit is nice enough and it worked well for our stay. I am glad we were not in it for any extended period of time. The furniture is old, worn and we did not find the low futon style couch to be very comfortable. The TV in the living space across the room is small, one in the bedroom large. There is only a curtain separating bedroom and living space. Very few hangers in the closet. The shower is small with a low shower head which my husband at 6' had to duck under to wash his head. I was worried because the kitchen lacked water pressure but on a positive note, the bathroom water pressure was excellent. Three window a/c units running non stop worked okay. For the relative cost, I am happy with our choice.

Very unique and cute. Solid location and place especially for the price. Bathroom and bed sheets were a little dirty but not a big deal. A/C is window units and it was a very warm weekend so it took a while until it got cool.

Super easy checkin! Conveniently located close to several things, and the property manager was very kind and easy to talk with. We enjoyed looking at all of the art and finding our favorites.
