Great property, short drive to everything fun in St Louis!
We had a big group of all ages meeting up in St Louis to spend time together. This property worked well for us, was very clean and the property owner/manager was super responsive to all of our questions beforehand. It was a really cool house with a great layout for multi-generational gathering. We could play catch in the backyard, play games at the large table, watch movies in two different cozy living room spaces. Very nicely decorated, plenty of hot water and A/C. We did wish it had another bathroom or two but it’s an old house and that’s likely hard to accommodate. Definitely recommend, we would stay here again.

Wedding Weekend Home Base
We really enjoyed this property for our family to have one hub for busy weekend of wedding events. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and pillows were nice and firm. Each room had its own iron and supply of towels. The main floor bathroom is near the dining area, away from the main floor bedroom, just fyi. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one with en suite bathroom, and the other 3 share 1 bathroom. 3rd floor has two bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. New fire pit and Adirondack chairs in back. Didn't get to use but a nice feature. Overall, met my expectations. Some rough finishes in the updates to this very old home but the overall vibe is really nice.

Incredible Place for a large group
We stayed as a large group for a trip to St. Louis and this place was perfect. Easy to get anywhere you want to go in the city and lots of space in the unit for everyone to spread out. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone making a trip to St. Louis with a larger group!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely old home. There were great spaces for all of us to hang out and be together. We loved the large table so we could all gather together for meals. We had family walks in the neighborhood, discovering a nice park close by. We were close to all the attractions we wanted to see. A great place to stay!

Great, well-stocked house for families
Really enjoyed our six night stay here. We had fourteen family members here and there were definitely enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. Beautiful, historic, safe, walkable neighborhood with easy access to parks and highways. Kitchen was well stocked for us to prepare meals with lovely up-to-date appliances. Laundry access was appreciated. Owner quickly responded to our questions when we had them. Would definitely recommend and would return for another family reunion.

Well Appointed Home!
For probably the first time ever, we had way more space than we needed! Thats with 7 kids (10 and under) and 6 adults! This home has been updated beautifully, the beds are compfy, and we cooked two meals in the kitchen with no issues. It is located within a short drive to the zoo and the many attractions around there. We hade few gripes, mostly nitpicky. The pillows are all thick and firm, so I had to improvise. Also, the floors could be cleaner as our feet quickly got dirty and the rugs shed considerably. Finally, the closest grocery stores were a bit rough, which may be a reflection of the neighborhood. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the host was super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
