Other Things to Note:
☆ Long-Term Stays ☆

Unlike most other hosts, corporate housing is our specialty. We prepare our homes not just to handle the needs of guests staying a few days, but for guests staying for months or years. Not only are our homes better equipped for your needs, our long-term rates are among the most competitive available. Guests staying longer than 31 days will not be required to pay sales tax (saving an additional 17%), and will receive huge discounts on add-on services like pets and parking.

☆Parking☆

The Central West End is a very popular neighborhood, and parking is limited. Parking is metered on the street, and there are paid lots and garages for overnight parking.

We wanted to provide parking for guests bringing a car while not inflating the nightly rate for those who wouldn't need parking, so we've purchased an on-site gated parking space, and rent the space for $15/night as a convenient add-on option for those who need it. Add-on services are paid separately after booking, and we offer discounts for guests staying longer than a week!

☆Pets☆

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! We offer guests the option to bring their pups along as an optional add-on service. Our pet fee is $15/night for the first dog and $5/night per dog after the first ($30 minimum). We allow up to 3 dogs with a weight limit of 60 lbs per pup. Add-on services are paid separately after booking, and we offer discounts for guests staying longer than a week!

☆Check-In, Check-Out, and Support Hours☆

Check-In: 4pm-9pm
Check-Out: 10am

If you have any issues getting in, or have any questions, we're available from 9a-9p, 7 days a week!

☆Rental Policy☆

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We reserve the right to place an authorization hold for incidentals and fees, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

☆Cancellations+Alterations☆

Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.

If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

don’t stay here if you have a vehicle
our stay overall was good. many of our problems were not exactly the managements fault. most of it was a cleaning company issue; I had to deep clean the kitchen, and there were missing things like garbage etc . management was responsive but it felt arduous continuing to reach out for small things: one of the toilets was not working we reported it, it was not fixed until monday. the biggest problem was parking. we paid the parking fee; our code provided did not open the gate, they provided an opener but we were late for an appt as a result. even if we closed the gate other people would leave it open. the welcome packet advised there were many car breakins in the area, and neighbors confirmed. the gate was constantly left open, we had to park our vehicle in another area and walk/uber to our vehicle. also, if you are wanting to work from home, relax during the day the next door neighbors had a dog that screamed and barked relentlessly. management was responsive and again many of these things were out of their control, however we would have chosen a different property knowing especially the vehicle situation.

STAY
Myself and two other family member stayed here. Everyone had a great time. The place was clean, spacious and full of natural light. The location was great and one could get around quite easily. Downtown was a short drive by car or few stops on the train. If I’m ever in St.Louis again, I’ll definitely stay here.

Quick trip to St. Louis
Property was located close to some great areas to eat. Near downtown for the Arch and other attractions. The beds were comfortable. The blackout curtains didn't cover the windows from side to side. Both bathrooms had two towels, washcloths. There were soaps and hair products in the bathrooms. The en suite bathroom didn't have hot water. The kitchen had coffee and condiments. The floors were surface clean but not deep clean. Walking around in socks resulted in a pretty black residue on bottoms. Some of the furniture had some stains showing

Great loft but could use a few extras
The loft is nicely furnished and the location was ideal for getting places. We loved the Central West End neighborhood! My only complaint is that our reservation was for five people and there were only four towels. Even if we had been only four people sometimes you’d just like an extra towel. It would be nice to leave a couple extra towels out especially if people are staying more than one or two nights.

Good place to stay
Clean, plenty of room. Would like extra blankets. My teen daughter had to sleep in a chair, we brought a couple of throws she used as blanket.

Wonderful and super convenient location!
First let me say, the owner was amazing. We had a little trouble getting in but I called him and he answered immediately. The space is huge! We stayed in order to be close to three hospital and it was perfect. Off and on, there were 4 of us there. The only recommendation I have is an extra chair in the living room. If there were more than a few people, they wouldn't have a seat. The location was super! Just a few blocks over and Euclid was lined with lots if stuff to do. We were able to eat at a few while we were there. Definitely would use this place again and will be telling others about it!!!
