First off, the front desk guy was rude as hell to my wife and me soon as we walked in to check in... Second, the hotel room was dirty and moldy and had cockroaches. i have pictures to prove. bedding looked to not have been cleaned in months with stains and cigarette burns in a non smoking room. We complained but they did nothing. They would not refund or cancel our room without paying $150. We had to go and buy cheap bedding to get us through our 3 night stay.... we will never stay at another super 8 again

This property is very unclean, dirty, smells bad and it is unhygienic. I checked out the motel after 1 day. I called Expedia to report and they told they are going to call back but never got a call back. I am unhappy with customer service and request to refund the money.

1. I requested a location near to downtown. I selected the super 8 hotel near the River/downtown. On arrival, I found that it was near airport, 20 minutes drive from downtown. 2. AC and oven in the room didn’t work. Also, the room was not clean as it was supposed to be. 3. The area around was also poor. Nothing was nearby as expected in a recreation trip. 4. I left on 13 October (one day before) since my family got sick in overall condition.

NEVER AGAIN
This is a place was a disaster and regardless of the deal I will NEVER stay here again. The guy at check in was rude and they charge a deposit you don't find out about until you get there. There's no elevator and the lobby and stairs are so grimy looking you really don't wanna touch anything. The room smelled like mold when we got here, covered in dust and the hand towels were wet. The A/C doesn't work, the only option is ON and COLD nothing else we had to unplug it to warm up and then plug it back up to cool down. The TV remote didn't work, there was a lighter and a smoked cigarette on the toilet and the tub was dirty. I will never late and cheap again!
