I’m giving you 5 stars across the board, because the stay was amazing! however, i would like to say that i am a very clean person, so i was upset there was no way for us to sweep or anything like that! i know you have cleaners, but i was so stressed out leaving without being able to clean up after our craft session. it made me feel very messy, and that’s just not the case at all! lol the place was truly beautiful, and it had everything we needed! super easy to get to as well :)

4th of July Trip
With a last minute change of plans, my friends and I had to quickly find somewhere to stay over the holiday, and this place did not disappoint! We absolutely loved the walkability of the neighborhood and appreciated clear communication from the host. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall nice stay
The internet did not really work the entire week, so to watch a movie or kids play on their phones in our downtime was not happening and was frustrating, but the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to make/eat a meal, which was so helpful! The beds were all nicely made and comfortable! Which is huge when you’re staying away from home!! Overall we had a nice stay here!

Overall good value. Clean. Neighborhood had a few concerns close by (several broken glass piles from car windows and homeless encampment next to back yard). Fridge also wasn’t working well.

Solid Option
Overall the property was a very solid choice. We had 9 guys and the place had plenty of sleeping room. It was close to the Armory, City Foundry, and Metro to get to the Cardinals game so the location was great for us. Would’ve given 5 stars but the fridge didn’t work. A couple other small fixes and this place would’ve been perfect for what we need.

Other than the very noisy floors/stairs, this is a nice property. It is located very close to all the tourist attractions, which was very nice. Its very close to a number of coffee shops and nightlife too. The property manager was very responsive to questions.

Quiet and cozy
This property is in downtown St. Louis near the Botanical Gardens. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. It is an art neighborhood and we could walk to several little restaurants. We had a wonderful time and the townhome met our needs for our family wedding weekend.

The house was overall clean and had the necessities so you didn’t have to buy extra at the store. Area was perfect for what we had planned. Recommend staying here if your looking for a cozy comfy place.
