Great apartment with fenced in back yard near Downtown, Soulard and Lafayette Park. The Convention center, Busch Stadium and Scottrade center are a quick 5 minute drive or skip the traffic and grab an Uber/Taxi. All the major Interstates are nearby with easy access to I-44, I-64/40 and I-55. You can get anywhere in St. Louis quickly and easily. We do not charge extra for pets.

The unit (one in a duplex) was fine. Both the place and the neighborhood could use a little polishing but it was clean and safe. Well suited for me and my traveling companion.

Great for the budget but could use some upgrades. Locks on front and back doors could be more secure. Couldn't get the door to the half bath to latch or stay closed and snagged socks on several loose floor boards. Over all, location worked well and the house was clean.

Bring your own king size mattress and dishes

The mattress has stains and a big dip in it, so don’t plan on sleeping on the king size bed. The dishes were dirty. We had to bring our own pan. The structure itself is in general disrepair. The shower is too small to bend over. Dog poop in the back yard. I understand it’s affordable, but even Super 8 is a better place!

Easy and convenient

We were going to be downtown for multiple events and wanted a place to relax for in between locations. The host let us pick our door code to make it easy and everything in the home was as expected from the listing. Ended up meeting the host on checkout day and they were great people.

This place was perfect for us. We brought our dog and the fenced in backyard was perfect for her! The location was awesome. Short drive to the baseball stadium and downtown. Host is super responsive with any questions we had throughout our stay!

Worked perfectly for our stay over Thanksgiving!

Check in was seamless- neighborhood was super cute and lots of fun bars nearby. There’s a grocery and liquor store under 5 mins away so once we were settled in, it was great to be able to run and grab essentials close by. Property was a bit outdated (loved the charm though) and water pressure in shower was weak, however, we were gone visiting family so using it for sleeping and lounging was perfect. VERY dog friendly- there is a door that goes straight into the fenced in backyard. Plenty of off street parking- felt safe and secure. 8 mins from the arch- family was in East St. Louis and 20-25 mins to get there- you hop right on the highway. Easy communication with hosts. Will definitely stay again when we are back!
