The studio is spacious with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of natural light. It features a memory foam queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals, a cozy working area and break table and bar stools.

This apartment is located in the Grand Center neighborhood in St. Louis. This is across the street from St. Louis University, close to Downtown St. Louis, and the CWE. The Fox Theater, Restaurants, and Arts District are nearby.

Public transport is available within 50 ft of walking distance. There is a plenty of metered street parking available & garage parking available located on the rear side of the building. The Garage parking fees are $15 per night.
1. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over , you must get pre authorization from us. Violations will result in immediate cancellation.
2. No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied to your credit card if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout.
3. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Pet Rules
1. There is $25 pet fee per stay. For a monthly stay there is a flat fee of $150 per pet per month.
2. Excessive barking or noise from pet may result in immediate cancellation
3. Please clean up after your pet in all common areas.
