Welcome to your home away from home! This modern spacious apartment is a great fit to accommodate traveling nurses, business personnel, and families for a comfortable stay.

The property consist of a pool (closed for the season), fitness gym, multiple private office spaces, a lounge area (equipped with a kitchen, unique 4 screen TV, couches, and a shuffleboard game table), free gated parking, outdoor fire pit, propane grills, and a self checkout snack bar.

The unit includes a completely renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a fully furnished living room with a sleeper sofa. In addition to, two patios with skyline views (Patio furniture included). The bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds that include new crisp white bed coverings, pillows, and linens. Every room within the apartment includes a flatscreen TV with complimentary Netflix. There is also a vintage PacMan game with over 10 arcade games!

Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, toilet paper, body and hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

The property is located in Tower Grove near SLU Hospital, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital, The Enterprise Center, Tower Grove Park, The Missouri Botanical Garden, and The St. Louis Zoo.

Apartment was nice, but it is on a VERY main street with lots of traffic noise. Earplugs are an absolute must to sleep ( and host provided some). If you were there with 2 couples, there wouldn’t be enough places for everyone to sit. Could use some more comfortable chairs in the LR. Needs something to put suitcases on in each bedroom ( or in the massively large closets). Room darkening curtains would be a nice addition to the shades. Lots of ambient light still comes through at night. Additional hangers would be nice too. Really appreciated having ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Pac-Man arcade game was a nice touch.

STL Family Vacation
Perfect place for our stay. Location was great for all the attractions we wanted experience. Those included the zoo, city museum, the aquarium and Missouri Botanical Gardens. Place was perfect for family of four.

Great place to stay for a family trip to St. Louis
This was a perfect place for me and my teenage kids! We explored St. Louis by day, but had a safe and secure place to chill afterwards. The apartment is clean and comfy and the amenities of the complex (pool, gym, cornhole, picnic tables) are a great bonus.

Great location
This apartment has a good location. I enjoyed the amenities - it almost had a hotel feel. The building is located on a busy street so use the ear plugs provided. Bring a sleeping mask as well because the shades are slightly sheer. It was a bit inconvenient to park on the street when arriving (as instructed) and lugging our stuff in the 90 plus degree weather... I also thought the $1,500 security deposit was excessive and you should cross your fingers the parking app doesn't glitch out on you or someone takes your spot.

Perfect Location
My son and I spent a week in STL visiting family, friends and attending Cards and Blues games. This was a perfect location for all of our activities even going out West. Close to all attractions and right off the highway so going out West to Clayton, Chesterfield, etc or East to Collinsville, Edwardsville, etc was very convenient. Apartment was perfect for 2 adults and had all of the cooking appliances we needed for the couple of meals we ate there. Dedicated parking was a huge plus. Thanks for a great stay and we will see you on our next trip back to The Lou.

We had a wonderful stay! The price was worth it to have everything we needed to be comfortable for 3 days! We were able to bring groceries to have on hand. It was nice that a Keurig was there! The city streets around the property are bustling with activity and you can catch the beautiful sunset over city building out on the balcony. Top Golf is 5 min away. There are a few eating places within walking. The apartment is very clean and cozy! We will definitely rent again!

Family Vacation
We had a great time at this property! The condo was plenty big for our family of four and had all the basics provided. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't available while we were there, but we filled our days exploring the neighborhood and beyond in St. Louis. The host was communicative and responsive. Would recommend to other families.

What is mentioned in the description is exactly what you will be getting. Perfect spot outside of downtown, but close enough to get where you needed. Amenities were spot on and easy to navigate the entire stays logistics. Would recommend for friends, couples and families.

The Right Place.
Centrally located to all the attractions we were going to over the weekend (Botanical G, Art & History Museums, restaurants). We were even able to walk across the street for a great bowl of Pho, when our evening plans changed. Easy check-in and we had no issues finding a space on the street for the 2nd car. Apartment was clean and there were even a few drinks in the fridge to welcome us. Good, well-equipped Gym for a morning workout and we also had fun playing "Bags" outside and "shuffleboard inside. Other people in the building were friendly. Looking forward to our next stay.

The property was very nice, but what made me really impressed was the communication from the owner. They were friendly, available if needed, there to answer any questions and give recommendations about the area. The check in process is a little complex but the owner breaks things down step for step and if you can follow directions then you are set. I was really impressed! Thank you!

We stayed for 3 nights in July. Property was safe with gated parking lot and secure building. Pool was great during the hot days! Apartment was clean with enough room for our family of 4. Busy street outside, but couldnt tell when we were inside. Beds were very comfortable. Laundry in apt. While not many things within walking distance, it was a short drive to the zoo or downtown or the Metro stop on Grand. Host was highly communicative.

Graduation Weekend
Had a daughter graduate from SLU and went down for the weekend with grandparents and sibling. The property worked out perfectly! Very comfortable with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Great amenities in the complex. We also really enjoyed the outdoor balcony, even though it overlooked Grand Ave which could be a little noisy at times. Property manager was terrific - checked in a couple times to make sure we were doing okay. Had two cars. Appreciated the one assigned parking spot in the gated lot that came with the rental. No issues with the second vehicle, as there was ample free street parking. Overall, a great experience!

Stay. Away.
So disappointed. I was told by the property manager when I booked that the unit had two air mattresses. It would not have fit our family without these. Both air mattress were broken. I texted at 8am the first morning. I was first told that she would bring one air mattress and my 6’4” teens should sleep two on an air mattress. After a few times back and forth, she agreed to bring two air mattresses. I told her I needed them by 8pm- giving her 12 hours to complete this. At 8:01 I still had no air mattresses and had to get a hotel. Livid does not begin to explain my massive frustration. I brought my concerns to the managers boss. He dismissed them citing “bad weather”- she had twelve hours to rectify. It did rain at 7pm but it would hardly stop someone from doing their job. I have filed a claim with vrbo. Also- somehow the unit has a fruit ninja but no toaster!? There’s no coffee pot- only a keurig. And there was a cockroach at the pool. Also- pool hours are 10-10 but the signage is super small. Stay. Away.
