Everything was good similar to a resort stay. Walking distance to the arch. Connected to the casino and resturants. The staff were polite and professional! I read reviews after I booked and was hesitant about keeping the reservation. After my stay im glad i kept it everything about my stay was comfortable.

The lobby and employees were wonderful. Just wish there was a microwave and there was a very weird smell in the hallways and walkway to the casino

The front desk lady complained a lot about everything. There was such a huge dip in the middle of the mattress you had to hold onto the side of the bed to say on your side.

Great Value Comfortable Space.
Check in and check out was quick and easy, as always. This was our 4th stay at Lumiere and we enjoy it every time. Rooms are extremely spacious.

It’s was relaxing the rooms need to be dusted and wiped down cause there was hair on the table and toilet seat which I cleaned myself with my wipes the beds had flat sheets to make instead of a fitted which made be uncomfortable cause it keep coming off no blanket had to go get it.

Horrible hotel
Front Desk personal were absolutely unfriendly. No accommodations were made when my room was not in good condition and the TV would not work. One clerk ever told me that if I left my card would be charged in any case. And my knowledge was that the property had the property had available rooms. I will never go back.

Inside the property is very nice and clean. Highly recommend it. Excellent choices for food to eat. Casino is great also. Downside, the grounds around the property bad. Needs cleaning up.

This hotel has really went downhill. The rooms were dirty and it gave off a creepy vibe. Elevators were broken and it was just dark and dusty. Will not stay here ever again.
