Best Vrbo experience!
Host was amazing! Very thoughtful and friendly. Gave us our privacy but was available if needed! Back patio was so fun! Pool was great and lawn was massive. Large home with many entertainment options. We would highly recommend!

Extremely enjoyable and relaxing
Very beautiful home and property, you feel like your not even close to the city. Best stocked kitchen I've ever seen at a place we rented; all the cool kitchen tools and spices. We really enjoyed our stay. The property managers were very helpful and gave good suggestions things to do in the area.

This place is amazing
From pulling into the secure gate, to driving the drive looking at the beautiful lawn, to meeting the owners…this was beyond what we had expected. The house is amazing, the hospitality was far beyond anything expected, the view was great and the fun to be had both in and out of the house was endless!! We had 11 people and still had extra room. Each room is unique and beautiful.we had our fun in St Louis and will stay here again and just relax and enjoy being at the house! If this is available for your dates and group size, you will not regret getting it!

We had a wonderful stay! My grandkids had a great time in the pool. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. The house had everything we needed. Marie and Mike took wonderful care of us.

The house is gated and we felt very secure and safe. Very nice and fun amenities. Marie and Mike were incredibly nice and wanted to make sure we had all that we needed. Marie offered to get us the ingredients needed, so that we could make S'mores. They made us feel so comfortable that we invited them to make them with us. A great family feeling, and that is why we were there. When Marie found out it was my 60th birthday, she pulled out decorations for my family to set up in my honor. We were so glad we booked with Marie and Mike, as they made our family trip perfect. Thank you Marie and Mike!

Wonderful stay
We had 11 people stay here. Most of them kids. They loved the pool and the game room. We were told the place was FANCY a lot. Great communication with the host, plenty of space and everything was clean and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Plenty dishes and kitchen appliances to use. Fire wood well stocked for our use. We felt safe and had no worries. Even got to see deer in the yard a couple of days. Wonderful time and great hosts!

Clean well cared for property
This house was perfect for getting together with friends and relaxing in the pool and hot tub. Lot's of space to gather as a large group or find a quiet place for just a few people. Kitchen had everything we needed for preparation of meals. Marie is a great property host. There if we needed anything. Thanks so much. We are going to be booking again soon.

Our Quiet Oasis
There were 13 of us staying in this home for the week (6 adults and 7 children). There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own space. Each day we did outings in the city usually traveling about a half an hour. However, we were ready to return to our quiet oasis in the afternoons. The home is fully equipped with everything you will need and Marie and Mike were great hosts who took care of us and saw to all our needs.

Marie and Mike were wonderful hosts. They took care of my every need very promptly. The home was beautiful, very clean like my own little private paradise. I hosted my 60th birthday with close friends and family, their property was very private and accommodated everyone. I would definitely be back.

Fun times
We had a large family get together at Hidden Paradise. There were 5 children and they had a blast with all the fun things provided! There was plenty of space throughout the house to have your own space if needed. The owner went above and beyond to make it a great stay! She is kind and considerate! When we arrived the house was very clean! If you like a unique vibe, this would be the house for you!! It was a good distance to make day trips to St Louis and St Charles.

Marie and location are amazing
Marie is amazing. She was a great hostess and very responsive. She even made chocolate chip cookies for the kids. Not only was Marie great but the property was too. The house was the perfect location for a trip into st louis and then relax at night. The kids had plenty to do and the adults were able to relax. Definitely recommend this location.

60th birthday
We were a group of 10, age 60 to 3. We had an amazing four day weekend at Marie’s house! The house is super clean, lightly stocked with staple essentials (spices, basic cooking ingredients, all cookware). The pool is perfect! Has a nice sized deck with plenty of chairs and hang out areas! The property is completely private with a gated entrance and surrounded by tree lines. We saw deer every day, listened to frogs every night and enjoyed our weekend escape! Thank you Marie for everything!!! There are 5 private bedrooms and room for easily 6 people to sleep in the basement area. We loved it!!

Top notch experience.
Can't say enough about this property. Nice private property but still just minutes from stores & things. Everything was so well thought out & set up for a great stay. Tvs everywhere, bluetooth speaker for taking your music anywhere. Movie room uptairs & in basement. Hot tub, pool & covered tiki bar for hanging outside. Grill & lots of seating outside too. Solar lights outside & nice icicle lights in the trees. Such a special place. The owner left us fruit & croissants & several slices of cake for our arrival. You will not regret checking this place out!

Great for Big Groups and Kids
Marie was an amazing host. She was very responsive and available when we had questions. She even made chocolate chip cookies for the kids. The location was great. It was easy for us to drive into St. Louis for the day to enjoy many different activities (Zoo, aquarium, The Arch, City Museum, Magic House and Science Musuem) and then be home at night to relax. There was plenty of room for the kids to play and the adults to relax. The patio was great and we enjoyed many nights grilling out.

Calm and peaceful experience.
The space provided ample room for a family gathering. It’s a calm peaceful environment which was needed during a time of grieving from a funeral. Maria was as excellent host and was one of the best hosts in from experience. She met all our needs and requests. The rooms had different themes and they were well suited. The basement and game room was a nice touch. The deck is great for barbecuing and enjoying nature. The on property pond with them Canadian geese added to the experience. Our entire family is looking forward to coming back to St Louis to the property again in the future. Thank you Marie for an excellent time.

What an amazing property. We were greeted with deer, rabbits, ducks, geese and squirrels each morning. The quiet, peaceful mornings were so serene. The house was perfect. Details matched the description online as well as clean and tidy. Marie, what can I say? You are an awesome host 😊 Thank you for a great weekend. Despite the weather, you helped to make my daughter's graduation party a huge success and full of lifetime memories ✨️ everyone had a great time. The hot tub was sooo relaxing. Family Getaway
Great property - lots of room for our family of 7 to spread out. Marie was a great host - good communication from beginning to end. She waa super sweet had fresh fruit & lemonade waiting for us upon arrival & checked on us when a big storm came up within an hour of arriving. Kids loved the saltwater pool, hot tub & hanging out on the huge deck!! Enjoyed watching/listening to all the wildlife - deer, geese, birds & frogs. Saw 8 deer one morning. Rained a few days during our stay, but plenty to do indoors with pool, pingpong, & cards. We cooked most meals at the house and the kitchen worked out perfect, plenty of pots, pans, & dishes. Comfortable beds as well. Awesome property & host!!

Best Rental Ever!!!
I have a large, dispersed family so I've rented many homes around the country. This was, by far, the best. There was plenty of space for sleeping, and even better, there were different areas for game playing, sitting to chat, cooking and just general hanging out.The owner was so friendly and helpful she became a friend of our family while we were there.One problem I often find in short term rentals is a lack of decent cookware. This home had everything we needed for cooking large meals, including sharp knives. That may not mean much if you don't cook, but so essential when you do.We went over Christmas when it was cold but we plan to rent this again in the summer so we can advantage of the pool, basketball court and other outside amenities.The location of the house is in a quiet residential area but with its own 5 acres it is really private. And, it's also just close enough to St. Louis proper to be a quick drive to the Arch, a Cards game, or many of the other great venues in the area. It's also just a 10 minute drive from the Great River Road in Illinois which rivals anything in the Northeast during peak leaf changing season.I can't recommend this home enough, and I'm so glad to have found it.

Perfect Family Space!
We live locally and have a big immediate family that doesn’t but visits often for my kids’ birthdays. This house was the perfect space for us to enjoy our time together instead of splitting up in hotels that aren’t nearby. It’s very well appointed with everything we needed and Marie was so kind! The kids loved having their own space in the basement to play in the game room, watch movies, & karaoke. The outdoor space was perfect; plenty of seating, and the pool and hot tub were both so clean!We really enjoyed our time here and only regret that we couldn’t stay longer… so we will be back! Huge thanks to Marie and Mike for providing such a great space for lodging here in North St Louis County!

Truly Paradise
The hosts and the property did not disappoint. The house is eclectic with tasteful decor. The amenities were great. The outside oasis was peaceful and clean. Nothing was left out. They have thought of everything and provided a wonderful environment to enjoy our family time and our daughters birthday celebration.

Beautiful property!
We had a great time staying at this beautiful property! There was plenty of room for 11 of us and our dogs. The kids loved the game room downstairs, and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The yard is huge, so there is a lot of space to run around and enjoy. Marie was extremely helpful and kind, providing snacks and drinks, and checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were so grateful for her hospitality throughout the week. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice getaway!
