The Bed was horrible. Had a mattress cover on it that kept coming off during the night. The mattress itself had brown stains. Not comfortable. The facility itself was nice, pool area was good, breakfast was tasty.

So when I first got to this property it was kind of a turn off because no one could find the front desk clerk. I even went to my car because I got tired of waiting and called a couple times so finally about 10 to 15 minutes later someone showed up at the front desk and I was able to check in. Was there a basketball tournament and since it ended late I didn’t find out until after midnight that we had clean and bedding had hair all over it so we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night which was a huge inconvenience and then I couldn’t go to sleep after that. I will say that the hotel staff was very kind and accommodating about it. They also showed great service recovery and reached out to me on their own apologizing for the issue and asked what I wanted them to do. I requested to be comped for the first night which they obliged, so I’m extremely appreciative for the great customer service, follow up, and follow through!

Comfortable, updated hotel

Very nice hotel! Updated, modern interior. Very comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious. Nice pool, but a little cold. Overall, very pleasant stay!

The snowstorm caused some issues related to transportation and dining, but none of that was the fault of the hotel. If you do happen to travel to Chesterfield during the winter, bring a 4-wheel drive and pack a lot of snacks.

The room and bathroom were nice and roomy. The TV was nice and had a lot of channels and movies to choose from. Our fridge was noisy though. The bed was very firm and the pillows were too soft. Staff was very friendly.
