Newly renovated 3 Bed 2 full Bath with Pool, Hot tub and Game Room

Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for casual cooking or thanksgiving dinner.

Close to I-270, I-64, & I-70

Pool is only open from Mid to late May - Late September

The Space:
The space well equipped with essentials and things you may not have totally thought of.

Each bedroom will come with the following:

Cozy bed with fresh sheets, pillows and quilt covers.
HD Smart TV - log into your favorite streaming service.

Guests have access to the entire property accept the garage.

Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Please park at the top of the driveway.

Absolutely no parties or gatherings of any kind. Our maximum occupancy per the city is SIX(6).

Interaction with Guests:
Hosts will observe guests privacy during stay with little to no face-to-face interaction. We are available for any need that may arise.

Lovely home in a great neighborhood. It was perfect for a long weekend with family. It is convenient to shops, restaurants and attractions.

A VERY NICE PLACE

We went for a graduation and stayed a week with our in-laws. It was very enjoyable. The neighborhood was beautiful and close to everything. Our host Matt was very responsive.

The house was comfortable and nice. Didn't really use the game room. The pool area needs a little attention. Weeds and dead plants around the pool.

Wonderful family trip!

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we could need or want. The pool and game room were awesome. The kitchen had anything you needed to whip up a fantastic meal. There was a high chair and pack n play so we didn’t need to bring those items. Bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful. The home was close enough to attractions and restaurants. Our family had an awesome long weekend. Thank you!

Great for families and couples

Clean, spacious and well-equipped, this property was super functional for six adults plus baby. We were surprised and delighted to find pack ‘n play, high chair and toys for little one, plus all the adults needed to make meals and hang out. Bedrooms were roomy and bathrooms well-stocked towels, etc. Lots of TVs and wi-fi included. Office space made staying connected to work comfortable. We were too busy to use game room and it was too cold for hot tub or pool, but there were lots of things to do you if time allowed. Quiet neighborhood close to many sights and conveniences. Glad we found this spot.
