Disgusting
Hadn’t been cleaned before arriving. Dirty towels. Dirty linen. Food all over the floor. Thick layer of dirt and dust all over the walls. I moved my guys out of there after the first night and would really love someone to tell me how I can get refund. Been asking the owner for days now and getting no response.

Place dirty and not as described
This place sounded amazing. We weren't allowed to check in until after 4:00 pm so that the cleaning person could have plenty of time to finish. Which made sense to us and as we were arriving with several tired children we were happy for the room to have been freshly cleaned when we went in. Well when we walked in it was noticeably dirty! Unswept floors, unvacuumed rug,dirty counters and end tables, dust and dirt on the tub in the bathroom, and smudges on outside of microwave and refrigerator. I contacted the host right away, and told him about the problem and sent pictures to prove it.It took him a while to text back and he said please send pictures, which i already had. I told him so, but sent more since he requested them. We had been standing with our bags but decided just to clean the place up since we weren't hearing back very quickly and our kiddos needed to rest. An hour later he finally text back and told me to send pictures to another number. No one from that number ever responded. Then he asked if we wanted him to send someone to clean it. I told him no, we had already waited until 4:00 to have someone clean before we arrived there, and our kids were tired and resting. We had already cleaned, but since there wasn't a dustpan or any real cleaning supplies it was only a little bit better. Since we were out if town and had nowhere else to go, we decided to stay that night but I asked for a refund for the second night. The next day he text back and said no refund.

The property did exactly what we needed for a trip to St Louis. The location was great and the appartment was extremely clean. The communication with the host is odd between emails and texts in the app but not bad. Great experience!

We enjoyed being near Forest Park, The Hill, and the Botanical Gardens. The property was clean and well stocked. We were able to park on the street right by the door.
