This was a perfect place to stay for our family of 3 to explore STL. It was close to all the places we planned to visit, easy parking, and a cozy feel. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

This place was perfect. Within 15min of every major attraction St Louis has to offer. Several pubs and restaurants within a 1 minute walk. The neighborhood felt very safe. The price was cheaper than a hotel for an entire house. When I return to St Louis I will book this place again in a heartbeat for my family.

I loved this property! It’s close to the highway and a bunch of restaurants and fun things to do but still in a quiet enough neighborhood. It was very homey and had everything we needed!

Great Spot for Family Vacay
Perfect get away for Spring Break. Very cute updated home within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Tons of great restaurants in the area too!

Perfect Spring Break
This place was perfect for our spring break. It had everything my family needed. It was so close to everything, zoo, aquarium, City Museum, Grant's Farm. It's right next to a cute little downtown and easy to get on and off the freeway. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Cool little pad in a swell neighborhood
This 2 br / 1 bath house is comfortable and set up well for guests. Communication was clear and prompt and checkin was easy. The neighborhood is really good, in that it's quiet, conveniently located to St. Louis activities, and has restaurants and other stuff within walking distance.

Excellent experience. Place was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom which is very much appreciated. Neighborhood was good and we were always able to park on the street right outside the house. Felt safe walking around. Would book it again and recommend it to others.

Clean and cozy
The property was clean and cozy, but the furniture was incredibly uncomfortable - the beds, the sofa, the chairs, etc. were not made to be used. The location was great was for us, and we felt safe staying there, but there are repairs needed, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, the lights over the table and in the living room flicker when the furnace kicks on, and the blinds don’t open. The TV would not stay connected to the internet and the connection had to be rebooted several times. All of these things were reported to Jon, and he acknowledged our concerns, so I hope they are addressed before the next person stays there. It is a toss up whether I would stay here again or not. Overall the property was safe and clean, but it does need some work.

Spring Break
Great location for the trip. 15 minutes to all major attractions. Safe, clean, and quiet. Back yard was nice. We made friends with a robin and a rabbit. The kids loved going for a morning walk around the neighborhood.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and updated. We called the owner because the snake alarms were beeping he came out and fixed them within a couple hrs.

The property owner was delightful to work with! This is a great property for a small family in a safe neighborhood. We were very close to the attractions we visited and had all the little comforts of home.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! Everything was clean and the home well equipped! Location was great! We seemed to be 5-10 minutes away a from everything we wanted to do. Communication with Jon was great! Highly recommend!

Great property
This house was a great place to stay in St. Louis. It was a central location to everything that we wanted to do, and the rooms worked perfect. The smoke alarms were very sensitive and went off when we were making breakfast, but nothing was smokey. After we got those turned off, we didn't have any other problems.

1st time in St Louis
This was a nice little house. The area is well lit, the doors are sturdy and the locks are strong. The area is very quiet and we heard no sounds from the street all night and felt perfectly safe parking our car out front. The house was clean and was above expectations for the great deal we got to stay here. The furniture was modern, and a bit uncomfortable in the living room but the back patio and yard are an excellent place to sit when the sun is shining. Everything was updated and well kept. The furnace is new and worked well for us, and the windows were solid. The Pizza Go Go next door is AMAZING! We will stay here again next time we go see our granddaughter.
