★ PETS: No cats allowed. Dogs must be specifically requested ahead of time and be approved before booking. Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the building, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.

- Short Term Guests: $75 per pet
- Long Term Guests (guests over 28 nights): $150 per pet cleaning fee
- Membership dog park in the back of the building: $75 for the year 2023

★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

Long-Term Stays (over 20 nights): $400 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

Wonderful unit, questionable block
I want to start off by saying that the listing photos are as beautiful as the unit if not underselling it. The space is huge, inviting, very brightly lit, and welcoming. The accommodations were everything we needed. They had coffee and coffee filters ready for us, the kitchen was fully stocked, we had no issues cooking all of our meals for the visit. The only negative was the lobby and elevator smelling heavily of weed, leading to an awkward conversation with my children. The location is, by distance, 2 blocks from city museum, and 1 mile to the arch. We were able to walk with our family (4 adults and 2 small kids) to all locations and experience the city. And we drove to the zoo and the art museum which were less than 20 minutes away. Very centralized and convenient location. However, this part of the city was a little rough though. The particular block where the unit is located was pretty sketchy during daylight hours On par, or worse than, bourbon street at times. With our small kids we made sure to be in before dark each evening. The street shut down on the weekends and might have been some sort of open/party/street district area at night. When we came out Saturday morning the street was trashed. I won't belabor the point, but be prepared and stay aware. None of that is the fault of the listing owner. The building is where it is. And the unit was awesome. Just be prepared for the city.

Only stay if you want to party
Even though it’s a convient location, to me, it’s not worth the stay. The whole building smells like weed and it gets pretty sketchy anytime after 8pm. The beds were very uncomfortable and I found a few black hairs on my sheets when I pulled back the covers. The cleanliness overall wasn’t great and it smelled musty in the apartment. It does have great natural light and the space itself was enough room for the 5 of us. However, I would not recommend a stay here or any of the other properties in the building. You’re best staying farther away from downtown.

Perfect spot for family getaway at Museum and Arch
This was the perfect place for our family (3kids) to get away for a couple of days and take in the city museum and arch. Both are in walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. I couldn't tell if this part of town was on the upswing or downswing, as there are a number of shops closed, but also lots of development and construction. But still a great place to stay. I never felt unsafe in the area and the convenience is hard to beat. Our host was prompt to respond to the questions we had. I recommend parking in the Marriot garage between 9th and 10th street (full time attendant).
