"We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home...

"Comfy and spacious cottage with all the facilities needed for a family get together. Kitchen is well equipped, a quiet location with pleasant walks nearby, and good access for the local attractions."

"The farm that the hut was located in was great. Lots of animals around and it was really fun feeding the alpacas! Host was friendly and accommodating. Overall a great getaway from the city. The directions could have been clearer, there’s no mention that I could see of the farms name however this was quickly resolved by a 1 minute phone call to the host. "

"Absolutely fantastic house with fabulous amenities. The host went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. There were a couple of hiccups that were sorted out immediately. We would recommend for groups of all ages and will definitely return"

"The house was a severe disappointment. It was freezing cold when we arrived and smelled musty. The washing machine didn’t work properly and the controls on the oven were so faded it was impossible to know what temperature it was. Kitchen utensils were grubby and generally unusable and the coffee percolator was broken. The sitting room was cold and musty and the bathroom cold.
