"Area around hotel. There are renovation works going on around hotel . it's not very pleasant to walk around."

"I had a 4 night stay in a single bedroom with twin single beds for me and my daughter. I have lung cancer and snore rather loudly which meant my daughter couldn’t sleep. I went to concierge to explain my situation and Edgar was on duty. I explained my situation and in a flash, he had spoken to the manager who couldn’t do enough for me, and offered a complimentary suite for the remaining 3 days. They put a single bed in the lounge and this was all done by the time I had packed up my old room. He also helped me out throughout my stay with recommendations on activities and places to see. Edgar is such a genuine and empathetic person who is a huge credit to the hotel. Thanks for everything. "

"My room was not cleaned properly, i had a kleenex sitting on the bottom shelf of the night stand and it was never tossed away. The cup in the room was not washed properly as there was still lipstick stain on side of cup, so it was obviously just rinsed very mildly. There is only one outlet source, making it difficult to charge multiple items, or to use hairstyling tools. I had to request for an extension cord, as the outlet was too far from a mirror for me to do my hair using hairstyling tools. "

"Positives first: Lovely hotel, comfortable bed, superb bathroom. Friendly staff. Definitely staying here again. Negatives: we stayed Friday and Saturday nights. It can get very noisy on Saturday nights when the people start leaving from the nearby bars, clubs and restaurants. I could hear people shouting on the streets till 4AM. This was room 402. I will ask for some other room next time."

My only issue was that the room was a little warming to my liking even if I set the temp at its lowest and the shower would over flow and go onto the bathroom floor. Other than that It's a great stay! "
