Rendezvous is a private rental home conveniently located on the South Shore of St. John 5 minutes from Cruz Bay. The lushly landscaped property consists of three separate units which may be rented individually or in combination for larger groups, depending on your specific needs, 2-10 persons. Each apartment has its own entrance and parking, and is private from the other two units. Rendezvous has a community pool for the enjoyment of all guests. RENDEZVOUS VILLA VRBO #35820 is the top floor two bedroom two bath with a large covered outdoor gallery with incredible sunset view over St. Thomas. Inside has an open floor plan with high ceilings and modern kitchen. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with private baths. RENDEZVOUS TERRACE HOMEAWAY# 4266319 also has two bedrooms and two beautiful modern baths and is located below the Villa just steps away from the pool. Both bedrooms have an ocean view and individually controlled air conditioning. The great room also has A/C and an open kitchen for spectator cooking. RENDEZVOUS COTTAGE VRBO #32177 is a very romantic one bedroom one bath Mediterranean styled villa located below the pool in its own building. The main living area is an outdoor covered screen porch surrounded by mature island landscape and ocean view. The bedroom is air-conditioned and there is a laundry center in the walk-in closet. All three apartments have the following amenities for the comfort of our guests: Fully equipped kitchen Laundry center with soap BBQ grill Linens, towels and soaps DVD player Dish Satellite TV with all pay channels Beach chairs, towels, toys and cooler Free Internet WiFi Local info, maps and books
Rendezvous Terrace has split unit air conditioning in the main room with a 50" flat screen TV, Dish Network with all the pay channels, an open Kitchen with everything you will need for a gourmet meal. There is a laundry closet with full-size front loading washer and dryer, soap and dryer sheets provided. Walk directly out to the shared pool deck which has a hot tub and a lanai style covered living room with large flat screen Television

Amazing stay at St. John

Really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect being central to everything we wanted to do. Our host James was very accommodating and even meet us at the port to show us to and around the house.

Great for thr Price!

Loved the house and the hot tub was our groups favorite thing to do at the end of the day after taking the jeep around the island. Wonderful Views! Highly recommended!

Amazing rental

James has everything you need in this rental. He was super responsive to all questions. This rental is well stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels and much more. The view from the hammock is spectacular and the location is amazing. I would absolutely recommend this rental and look forward to coming back here.

Great house, great location, LOVE St. John

We stayed in the middle 2BR, 2BA unit on same level as pool and hot tub. Loved the house and James was great. Short drive from town, easy to get pretty much anywhere on the island. The hot tub, pool, and sunset views were awesome after outings all day. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Thanks James!

The view is amazing so is the house, don’t miss it out. The owner is friendly and readily available. The road around property and parking can seem scary at first but make sure you book more than one day and you’ll get used to it in no time. I wish I had an entire week here.

Perfect House for Family

This was a perfect house for a family. The pool was nice and deep and great for evening swims after a long day at the beach. The house was quiet and had everything you could need. James met us at the car rental place drove us to the house and told us how to park in the driveway. He was responsive to texts and we wouldn't hesitate to book the house again if we were to return. The best part was the sunsets.

Great place!

We traveled to St John with another couple and this location was great! The host was very receptive to my many questions beforehand and was quick to respond to an issue we had. It was clean and ready when we got there. We very much appreciated the coolers, beach chairs, and umbrellas that were there for us to use! I bought a pool noodle to use at the beach and realized when we got back there were several already there!! It was very kind of them to meet us at the car rental to lead us to the house, helped us with getting used to driving on the left side of the road and navigating the curvy and hilly roads. We didn’t use the pool, so can’t comment on that. The views were stunning!

Not far from town, but driveway was a bit difficult. Bedding needed to be cleaned. Some blood on pillow sham and bedspread. Dirt under bed and furniture. Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances and kitchen utensils. Nice pool and hot tub. Very safe area with a responsive owner. Lovely view.

Pool and hot tub were dirty

Place was ok, but I chose the property because of the pool and hot tub. Pool had a lot of leaves and debris in it and hot tub was cloudy. Also, mosquitoes were everywhere in the house. We kept doors closed, but it did not help. I got more bug bites in the house than I did hiking.

Nice, but could have been cleaner.

Floors were not clean. If you walk much barefoot, your feet may be black from the dirt on the floor. Plenty of dishes and cook ware! Clothes washer was terribly loud and kept stopping before load was finished. Bathroom sink drain was stopped up.

Another Amazing Vacation

Was my second time staying at this property and the view never gets old! James is such a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again when we come for our now annual trip to St. John.

Great location, comfortable place

Our stay was just what we were looking for. Comfortable place for kids, parents and grandparents. The owner was really nice and even drove us to the property. Closest beach was about 10 min away but we didnt mind the short drive. Would go back.

Amazing island location

James met us at the ferry and we followed him promptly to the property. He explained where to park and then we toured the house explaining where he shared all details. The location was so convenient and the view spectacular. We sat by pool in the evening looking at stars. There was also chairs, cooler and floats for the beach we borrowed each day. Home was beautiful with plenty of sleeping options for our kids and there was ample patio space for enjoying coffee or a meal. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting STJ! Thanks again to James for making our short stay there wonderful.
