Beautiful views, beautiful accommodations!
The villa was outstanding for our 10 day stay on the island. Travelled with my wife and 3 teens (14-17) and there was plenty of room in for us to not be all over each other. The back up generator worked perfectly as the island was experiencing significant power outages throughout our stay. We didn't feel the outages unless we were in town where some bars/restaurants had to close. The half mile walk to the wharf/downtown took only minutes and was pleasant. With the Villa being on top of Battery Hill, I mostly took a cab back from town while the family enjoyed the climb! Cabs were very easy to find and on several days, picked us up at the Villa and took us right to any beach we chose that day. Great communication with management leading up to the trip. No issues at all during our stay. Would definitely recommend for a party of 5-6.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location near Cruz Bay was handy, and the hill climbs kept us in shape. The beds were comfy, the place well-equipped and the pool very welcoming. We love St John and would certainly stay here again!

We loved our stay at St. John! The villa was in perfect proximity to town which made for great walks to and from town for dinner, shopping or accessing hiking trials. Although it was listed in the amenities, there was no cable tv which normally would not be an issue for our family but we love basketball and couldn’t watch the ACC tournament. We’d still highly recommend the property!

Beautiful condo in Cruz Bay
Our family (2 kids, 2 parents, one grandparent) stayed here for a week in early 2024, and found it a beautiful home base from which to explore St John, a truly special place. The condo is as beautiful as the pictures, with amazing views, a clean pool, and a responsive property manager and owner. There is parking for your rental jeep and the place is a short walk (down some admittedly steep hills - though that's standard on St John) to the restaurants in Cruz Bay. We even walked directly to the condo from the ferry dock upon arrival, though we recommend you pick up your rental car first if possible. All around, it's a great condo - we'd come back!

Well-maintained and equipped vaca spot
We had a very easy rental with great communications from our hosts. We felt well cared for and received welcome snacks which was so thoughtful after a long travel day. We had a great stay in this beautiful condo! This is a great location for folks wanting to be near the action. I gave it 3/5 for location simply b/c of our preference to be in a quieter area. However if you want to be close to restaurants and Cruz bay, this is a 5/5 location. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful Villa in Cruz Bay
The villa was well-appointed and had EVERYTHING we could ask for to may our stay complete. We love a view and it was delivered! The kitchen was perfect, but with Cruz Bay so convenient, we went out most evenings. We love going to the beach so having beach chairs, towels, coolers, snorkels, and fins to use, really made it nice. We are light packers and the washer & dryer were helpful! We'd definately reccomend! 5 stars.

Great views
Nice condo close to Cruz Bay. You have to be in decent shape to make the walk back and fourth. Two of our friends could not do it. If you rent a car, be prepared to park on a very steep hill. Condo was well decorated. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Could use some more glassware. Did not know we looked out onto the car ferry. Otherwise, great views. Short ride to all the beaches. We love John and will be back next year.
