Into the Mystic Lower Suite with POOL and VIEWS!

Into the Mystic Lower Suite is a beautifully-finished suite located in peaceful Coral Bay, St. John. Offering every amenity you need for a perfect vacation. Our Lower Suite is your own private escape after a day exploring St. John's beaches and hiking trails.

Easy access up a fully paved road just high enough to afford beautiful views, the Lower Suite offers a private parking space and your own entry via an exterior stairway.

Guests in our Lower Suite will have access to the entire lower level PLUS sole use of our beautiful salt water pool. The pool is located midway between the upper and lower levels of our home - we do put privacy shades in place to block our view.

The Lower Suite includes a living room with dining area, kitchenette with a conduction cooktop, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave and full refrigerator. The private bedroom features a queen sized bed with sliding doors to access the spacious and unique bathroom. The balcony offers an electric grill, teak table with seating for four and two teak lounge chairs perfect for morning coffee and a good book. The view extends from Coral Bay all the way to the British Virgin Islands.

Coral Bay is the quieter side of St. John and is only a short drive from the stunning North Shore beaches. We are also close to several amazing hiking trails.

Just down the road you will find a fully stocked grocery store, restaurants, bars and shops.

Due to our location in Coral Bay, we do require our guests to obtain a rental vehicle and do recommend four wheel drive.

Fabulous and Fun Stay
We had a great stay. We had everything we needed for beach adventures or just hanging out at home. Bed was comfy, views were amazing, everything was very clean. Tracy and Juice were wonderful hosts. Fantastic view from deck and pool! Lots of room inside place and outside on deck. Great location to beaches and hiking. From deck walk into full shower for easy rinse after beaches. AWESOME, AS USUAL !!!
Hosts Tracy and Juice Pajewski are the best. They maintain and keep "Into the Mystic" in great shape every year we come down to STJ. The amenities and views are awesome and the location on the quieter side of the island is still only 10-15 minutes from the best beaches in the VIs. We're already looking forward to our next trip!

Wonderful 10 days in Coral Bay!
Wonderful property in Coral Bay. House is in a perfect location in Coral Bay. Beautiful views with lots of windows and light. The deck overlooking Coral Bay is perfect for watching the sunrise and enjoying the afternoon breezes. The pool is a nice addition to relax after a day of hiking and/or at the beach. Highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Coral Bay. Owner was extremely responsive at all times.

Better than the Pictures
This was amazing for a rest and re-generate trip. The view is so relaxing and amazing. We spent time in the in-home pool to refresh. There are super restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes. You can reach all of the beaches from 5 to 20 minutes. A grocery store within 2 minutes. We felt totally secluded here at this quiet and peaceful home. If you want to soak in St. Johns, this is a great destination and amazing place to stay.

Stay was Alright
The views from the house are nice and the property manager was very sweet. As for the house, the WiFi does not work at all and the pool is absolutely freezing. Owner made us pay a very large extra fee after we left for using the hot tub which we were never told was off limits. Would not stay here again when visiting St. John. There are many beautiful places on the island to stay for a more reasonable price so look elsewhere.

An Outstanding Visit--As Always!
Tracy and "Juice" are outstanding hosts! The suite has EVERYTHING and, if you need anything, they are always helpful and friendly to assist. The suite is wonderful, with an excellent east-facing view of beautiful Coral Bay, and the deck is private and oh-so-relaxing. The suite is within walking distance to a couple of restaurants (more coming, it sounds like) and a grocery store, and is a very short drive to more restaurants, transportation out to "Lime Out," the floating taco bar open for lunch, and to a beautiful beach, Lindbergh Beach. Life is so much calmer and less hectic on this side of the island, but busy Cruz Bay is a 25-minute drive if you're so inclined. We have stayed with the hosts MANY times, and we have already booked again for next year! Into the Mystic is truly one of our few "happy places" in life.

This was the perfect property for us. The Coral Bay side of St. Johns is much quieter than Cruz Bay which suited us fine. Do be aware that you need to plan ahead for dining out in Coral Bay as many businesses have reduced opening hours during the transition to "Offseason"

Amazing retreat
Staying here was amazing! Tracy was so awesome and helpful through the whole process. When my flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until very late, she was still there to meet up and drive us to the villa. They have everything you need and more there at the villa! The location is within walking distance of a few of the islands best restaurants. We will certainly be back in the future!!!

Tracey and Juice have the most wonderful place on the most incredible island. My wife and I spent a week at Into The Mystic and couldn’t get over how lovely the place was, how incredible the view was, and how easy it was to get to compared to some other places on the island. Tracey and Juice communicated well with us, provided good insight on the island, and were the perfect hosts. Coral Bay is so quiet and peaceful and Into They Mystic made for a great refuge to return to after a busy day exploring what St. John had to offer. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful Get A Way
Such an outstanding place where the host has throught of everything. Great amenities and a binder to give you some guidance if needed. AMAZING views and a constant lovely breeze; never needed to turn the A/C unit on. The pool is a lovely place to lay around and enjoy the views. Tracey was a great host and you would never even know they were there unless needed. Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Beautiful Property
We were fairly apprehensive about staying somewhere with no reviews, especially given the potential for recent hurricane damage, but took the plunge after seeing that the owners had other well-reviewed properties. We were thrilled that we did. The property is exactly as described and pictured, and the view of Coral Bay is breathtaking. To begin our stay, we were met by the owners' very welcoming property owner and shown to the property, which is located just a few switchbacks above a well-stocked grocery store. Though you certainly have neighbors, the property is fairly secluded and private. You may hear some music occasionally from the Aqua Bistro down the hill, but otherwise this is a very peaceful getaway. The pool views are as pictured - breathtaking, as is the view from the balcony. While there is no full-sized oven, you'll find you can make do with the toaster oven and the cooktop, and in high season there are plenty of nearby open restaurants. Though almost all rentals on STJ are 4WD anyway, it's worth re-emphasizing that a 4 wheel drive is extremely useful, both in getting to Coral Bay itself and then navigating the switchbacks up to the property. Overall, we loved our stay in Coral Bay and can't wait to come back.
