The upper level of Casa Brisa Colina is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath villa overlooking 3 beautiful bays - Great Cruz Bay, Chocolate Hole, and Hart Bay. It has all the amenities needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The outside has a deck with a hammock and outdoor dining area. Beach towels, coolers, and beach chairs are provided for a great day at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and other essentials and the two spacious bedrooms both have ceiling fans and air-conditioning, which isn't usually necessary because of the fantastic breeze. It is about a 4 minute drive to the shops, restaurants, and bars in Cruz Bay and 10 minute drive to the North Shore beaches and hiking trails. Come visit, and all your dreams will come true. Great place to stay while on St. Johns
The house is a great place for a vacation on St Johns. Cecilia is great at communicating and helping you find the house and giving directions. The house had everything one needs for a vacation, with beach stuff (towels, cooler, chairs, noodles), some games and books to read, a TV and internet. Would definitely stay again.

St John Stay
Stayed at the top floor, two bedroom unit of this home 5 minutes from Cruz Bay. Great views. Very functional home and great host/property manager (Ceila). She met us at the docks and led us to the house. Had a wonderful time in St John. You need a Jeep to stay here and drive on the island. All in all, really enjoyed the stay and our visit.

Wonderful indoor living space outstanding outdoor space and view!
My husband, 21 year old son and his girlfriend loved this property! It is perfect for two couples. The owner provided beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and snorkeling equipment. We rented the upper unit. When the lower unit renters showed up the experience changed significantly. Renting the entire place would be the way to ensure that you get the vacation you are looking for.

Amazing!
We loved our stay here and this would be our first choice for a return trip! Beautiful views and accommodations. Celia was great and always quick to respond. She met us at the ferry and we followed her to the house, as St John is tricky to navigate. A/C in bedrooms and a nice breeze through main living areas. We enjoyed the back patio for meals and views, along with the birds. This was our 4th time to St John, over 30 years, and a very enjoyable stay!

Amazingly beautiful St John house
We had a wonderful stay on St John. The house is incredibly comfortable and beautiful with all amenities and the most amazing view. It was easily accessible to town and other parts of the island. Celia, the property manager, was very accommodating even meeting us off the ferry at night so we could navigate our way to the house! We will love to return someday!

NOT CLEAN!
My friends and I have been going to St. John for eight years (minus the Irmaria year) and have good luck with renting through Home Away/VRBO, but not this time. I have empathy for home owners that experienced the hurricanes, but you can clean. There were ants all over the kitchen counters and floors - the manager said to us, 'that's island life.' We purchased bug spray and treated every night solving the issue. Feel like she should have done that. The property manager, Celia picked us up at the rental car place in Cruz and her car was a mess. The back was filled with junk and there was a tire (yes a jeep tire) in her back seat. When I opened the back to put our luggage in, she said 'just move the stuff.' Since her job is to pick up renters, you would think she would have cleaned out her car. Once I saw the place, it made sense. I'm sure she lives in dirt too. When I asked about the laundry, which was not in the unit (not the problem) she said it was not for renters use. We would have never rented a house without access to laundry. She then said 'it's only for renters that are staying longer than a week.' Which we were -- wouldn't the house manager know that? The laundry room was atrocious - dirty and so much crap that you couldn't get to the machines. No light so at night had to use our phones to navigate. There were baskets of 'clean laundry' on the filthy ground. All I could think was the sheets I was sleeping on probably sat on this floor too with bugs crawling on them. There was crap in the driveway and in the trees the entire time we were there. One of the bedrooms was in a separate pod, which isn't a problem, but the breezeway between that bedroom and the main house was filthy and crap laying around. The bathroom had an exposed ceiling, so it was wet and moldy. A lot of broken tiles. Even the drapes in that bedroom had mold / water stains on them. Does not look like the pics -- maybe those were pre-hurricanes. There was one tiny cooler (there were four of us and not adequate) and one disgusting styrofoam cooler that had a science project growing in it that we couldn't use. There were four beach chairs in which two were broken and two were crappy anyway. The sliding doors out to the main deck didn't work. This house needs some love and a property manager (who by the way lived on property) that adequately cleans and takes care of the place. I wish I could upload pictures to back up my claims.

Perfect vacation spot
We loved our stay. Celia, the property manager who lives on-site in a separate unit, was amazingly helpful; from meeting us at the ferry and directing us the villa, to answering our questions through out our visit. The kitchen had all of the cooking tools and appliances that we needed. The deck was lovely and shaded - perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with private bathrooms. (note: the 2nd bedroom is detached and has covered entryway opposite from the sliding door into the main house; it can be locked from within). Plus the property is only a couple of minutes away from Centerline Road, up the hill from Cruz Bay. We would happily stay at this here again.

Great stay- gorgeous view!!
The house is fantastic and we spent most of our time (when we were there) on the porch, admiring the views! (Some of the screens are in need repair.) The road to the property seems scary at first, but you quickly get used to it and Celia is very helpful! All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and the stay here was great!!

Perfect Base Camp for a Perfect Week
This was my third time in St John in the last year and this accommodation was by far the best. Very close to town and an easy drive to the North Shore beaches. Celia is an awesome host and is easy to communicate with. She was very helpful in all aspects of our stay and really made things easy. I would easily recommend Celia’s property for anyone looking for great accommodations in a great location. The property had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, sleeping, and beach equipment. Can’t wait to come again!

A great getaway!
We had a great visit to Casa Brisa Colina! The property was just as pictured, and it was really close to town driving. You wouldn't want to walk, but we found the location to be just right for us. I would consider also renting the downstairs unit with the pool if we went again, as it would have been nice to have the entire property. Celia (the caretaker) was so helpful and offered great recommendations. The only thing to note (and not a problem for us) is that the 2nd bedroom isn't attached to the house. That might be harder for a family with a young child, but we didn't mind at all.

Lovely stay!
We had the best stay here! The villa includes EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a wonderful stay in St. John - beach towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment. The patio balcony is huge with breath taking views. Kitchen equipped with essentials. The host was so kind and even met us once we got off the ferry to make sure we made it to the villa and checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back again! Book this place, you will not regret it.

Beautiful house, great location and incredible view
My partner and I have been coming to St John for over 20 years and we have stayed in a number of different homes. This one was absolutely beautiful with a view that is tough to beat. The location allows for easy access to North shore beaches and Cruz Bay as well as some great local spots for food and music up the hill less than a 10 minute drive. In addition we found it quiet in the evenings and the mornings which is not true of all the places we've stayed over the years. The house is accurately reflected in the pictures and description and Celia, the property manager, was extremely helpful and always very pleasant.

LOVE This Place!
Stayed with my husband and sister. The 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the house gave us privacy when we wanted it. The big open, airy living room that opened onto the deck was fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The view is AMAZING, the house is super comfortable and pretty, and the location is perfect--close to town, easy to get to the beaches, but very quiet and peaceful. Celia, the property manager was great--met us at the market and led us to the house, and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all, a perfect place to stay for 2-4 people!!
