"We only had 2 little problems, this was the first hotel I've ever been in that I couldn't hook up my fire stick without getting help from the front desk then I had to call at&t so they could unlock the TV in my room, took about 2 1/2 hours and the next day housekeeping never came to our room to empty ..."
