Its charm and character are unmatched in area home’s. 2 bedrooms with 2 king sized beds and 2 separate bathrooms. It gives a spacious feel with open living, kitchen, and dining. Take advantage of this centrally-located home or enjoy the town trolly to wineries and dining in the area. Only 8 miles from Rolla, MOS&T, and PHELPS Health.

This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home has an open living space and room for everyone. The kitchen opens up to a formal dining room, office space and living room.

The quaint sun room off the front is for sipping morning coffee or curling up and reading a book. The original hardwood floors flow throughout the entire home. So many details are left from the original build that give the home character and warmth, while modern amenities make the spaces functional. An electronic keypad to unlock the door, remote control fans, bluetooth speakers, magnetic phone chargers and a smart thermostat. The hall bath is large and hosts a stackable washer and dryer. The first bedroom has a king size bed and armoire for clothing storage.

The primary bedroom has an ensuite with a king size bed and private deck. The large bathroom has dual vanity, walk in shower and a closet.

Great space.
The home is beautiful and the owner has thought of all the needed comforts. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Beds are comfortable, towels are fluffy, and the kitchen Is amazing. You will enjoy your stay here.
