Boutique Beach House is a stunning, 6 bedroom family holiday house in St Ives, Cornwall and has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. It is situated just above the beach, with amazing views over award-winning Porthmeor Beach, from both the house and large garden.
It is ideally located 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the charming town of St Ives, with all its shops and restaurants.
With lots to entertain you and your children including an X-Box, table football and pirate ship this house is perfectly suited for families. There is also parking for 2 cars.
St Ives has won many awards for its blue flag beaches and town, and we can advise you on the many things there are to do. Alternatively, just grab a glass of champagne and gaze at the clear blue sea out of your window.

St Ives, Tresillian- Beach Boutique House
Lovely house with stunning views over Porthmeor beach. We were a family of 10, 6 adults, a teen and 3 younger children aged 4 to 6. The front bedrooms have stunning views, kid’s bedrooms had fun decor and a supply of nice books and a few toys. The snug was popular on the ground floor, tv and games console with a big sofa and bean bag was a great hit with the children and adults! The summer house has table football too, so if the weather’s unkind there are options. The owners left us a fab cream tea and other bits and pieces in a welcome pack which was a lovely touch. The decor in the house is very tasteful with high quality bedding, towels etc. Kitchen has coffee machine and everything we needed, the utility room even has a washer and dryer. The only thing we found odd was the microwave was positioned above the dryer which is stacked on the washer, you need to be at least 6 foot tall to safely use it, a minor point which was irritating but didn’t spoil our stay. Also look at the parking advice given before you arrive, especially if you have several cars! Parking is tight for 2 cars, we parked a VW golf and Land Rover Discovery but side on nose to tail as a neighbour stopped us and said we’d get a ticket if the cars overlapped the edge of the footpath. Our 3rd car had to be moved frequently in the local car park and surrounding area. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would recommend this house to others.

Stunning property, stunning views!
An excellent home which supplied all our needs for a family party of 9 people plus a miniature schnauzer- including young children. I can’t rate our experience highly enough - the house is clean, cosy modern and loved as well as vining in a splendid position. We enjoyed the house layout, wood burner, Firepit, games, pirate ship, comfort, Netflix, coffee machine - all needs were catered for. Great communication from the owners too. Can’t fault anything! Thank you so much.

Wonderful house with spectacular views
Everyone in our 3 generation family group absolutely loved this house. The views of Porthmeor beach from the open plan sitting room and several of the bedrooms are spectacular. The beach and the town are an easy stroll and the access to excellent beach cafes and the Tate makes this an ideal base for a holiday St Ives. We really appreciated the helpful advice about local wet weather activities as we had quite a lot of rain. The house was so perfect, though, that we were also very happy for an excuse to return to it if we needed to dodge the showers.

We couldn’t have asked for more! The booking process was super easy and all our questions were answered really quickly. The property was absolutely perfect. Our party ranged in age from 1 to 81 years and everyone’s needs were met. The kids loved the games and the football table and whenever we were not at the beach you’d find our grandmother sitting in the window seat watching the world go by. The beds are the comfiest we’ve ever slept in and the bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The location is great with both Porthmeor and Porthgwidden just a short walk away without too much of a hill. We loved this place and I’m sure it will be somewhere we will come time and time again with our family

A WOW experience in St Ives
What a fantastic house in a brilliant location. I cannot speak highly enough of Tresillian. Everything we could have asked for in a ‘get away’ house, including all the nice touches of the welcome pack. Jo was superb in getting the right balance in communication. An easy walk in to restaurants, pubs, beaches. If I could award 6 stars I would!

Our first family holiday after lockdown.
When I found this house online in early 2021, and booked our holiday, we wanted to believe that eventually things would return to almost normal after the pandemic. And so it proved to be, in the nicest way possible. This house turned out to be everything it promised, and more. We had holidayed in St. Ives many times before, so knew the location right opposite Porthmere Beach. The amazing views from all three floors of the house mean that you can enjoy the wonders of the St. Ives light even if you don't want to go out. We were 6 adults and 3 young children, and we were all able to find plenty of space to relax when we wanted to be quiet, with large areas where we could all come together without it feeling cramped. The furnishing were very comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms luxurious, the kitchen very well equipped, and the terraced garden was a delight. We had a wonderful week, and didn't want to leave. Thank you.

The house was lovely and we had a wonderful Christmas.
The only criticism is there is no TV in the lounge. Whilst we don’t watch much tv, it is nice to put on a film over Christmas or watch the Queens Speech. We found that we had to squeeze into the family room which, whilst it is a nice room, is by no means the best room in the house. A tv in the lounge would have made this house perfect.

Lovely property everything we wanted kitchen/Bathroom/Board Games ect, very clean on arrival.
The only thing I would say the children could go out the patio door they could unlock the lever , maybe a key would have been better so I could lock the door of a night , other than that it was a wonderful house most enjoyable Many Thanks Christine Henderson

Stunning Views & Perfect Location
This home is perfect for a family and friends vacation. The pictures do not capture how suitable it is for large groups and friends and family of all ages. It is in very short walk to the beach, amazing trail, adorable town. Our teenagers had a great time safely walking to explore the town and going to the beach. They had a blast boggie boarding at Porthmeor Beach. (bring your boards and wetsuits! - though you can rent or buy both at the beach or in town). This was our first visit to St. Ives and absolutely loved it. The house was really wonderful. Loved the views, cleanliness, beachy decor, large sitting rooms, comfortable and clean bedding, good room arrangement, adorable kids room off the master. Jo & Matt were lovely and helpful - wonderful guidebook in the home. The house was so well-equipped for everything that is needed to cook at home (better than my own kitchen, I think), which we did most nights of our stay. You could watch the tide come in and go out all day from the beautiful picture windows and deck. Parking for 3 cars was super convenient. One thing to listen out for - the happy seagulls are really exuberant in the morning! This home is a gem. I was already checking dates for next stay as we were pulling out of the driveway. Can't wait to return.
