Sit and look at the iconic harbour view from the Grand bay window of Henry’s which is a ground floor flat a 2 minute walk from the town centre of St Ives, which has its own dedicated parking space directly outside.

The accommodation has been completely redeveloped, designed and equipped by its current owners to a very high contemporary standard to ensure that discerning guests enjoy their stay in this charming setting.

The open plan living and kitchen enjoys stunning views of the harbour, incorporating a table and chairs in the bay window, a settee, coffee table, smart TV, state of the art heating, a fully fitted kitchen, with in-built dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob and microwave.

The Bedroom has a Hotel King Size bed, with linen and towels provided, fitted Wardrobe and dressing table, smart TV and heating.

The property has a wet room, where guests can enjoy a luxury power shower and is fitted with a heated towel rail.

The toilet has been fitted out with high quality fittings including an illuminated mirror, and heated towel rail. Within the cupboard a washing machine has been fitted.
