Bed 3 has the flexible option of a king and single, or triple single bed system, at your request, with an additional pull out bed underneath (150cm long or children <10yrs old). The room also benefits from a stunning sea view.

Bedding, linen & towel packs provided for 6 adults (guests to provide the towels for +2 additional children and the bedding & linen for the small pull out beds, if required).

Wonderful vacation!

Fantastic house in a beautiful place
We loved our stay here. The house was wonderful and had everything you could possibly need. Very spacious and super comfortable with a stunning view of the bay from the rear. About 10 minutes walk to the beach and about the same to the local supermarket the location is ideal. Would definitely revisit if it was available.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay Spernen Wyn. The view was fabulous and we had a much needed relaxing week away. With easy access to Carbis Bay beach and the costal path - makes it a perfect location! The hosts were easy to reach, quick to communicate, and very accommodating. We hope to be back soon!

Spectacular Location
Great stay. Property is first class, every detail thought through. Fantastic view of the bay - relaxing enough in itself - even better when the sun shines! Be warned - geography makes it all a bit steep, yet manageable walk to (more so from..) the beach! Loved it

Fantastic house in lovely area
We had a wonderful week away in Carbis Bay. The house is immaculate and has such a relaxed feel. The beds are the best we have slept in. There is so much to do in the area and the walk to St Ives was a highlight. Would thoroughly recommend and hopefully will go back.

Simply fantastic house with incredible sea views and a great hot tub which was a joy after days spent walking the coastal path. Hosts were wonderfully accommodating and responsive and made every effort to make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

Another fabulous stay in Spernen Wyn.
This is a great property. Well fitted throughout. Great location. Glorious view of the bay only 5 mins walk away - but with the drawback of a steep climb back if you're in your 70's!.Thoroughly recommend but please dont book it when we want to come for a third visit next year!!.Excellent host.

The perfect stay
We had the most amazing time at Spernen Wyn. The location is unbeatable, 5min walk to golden sandy beach of Carbis bay, stunning 20 min coastal walk to St Ives, and Tesco on your doorstep. Hot tub has been a life saver on wet days! Fantastic communication with our hosts, and great recommandations. ( Gwithian walk was amazing!)

We had an amazing stay here just as we did a few years back. Everything is thought of, what I would say is that the house it self is in need of a little TLC but other than that we had a fantastic time and would defiantly stay again :)

Lovely stay in a very clean and wonderful property. A beautiful view over Carbis Bay which I took in every morning on the decking with a cup of coffee. Good location to get around the southern tip of Cornwall. We had a great time.

Best uk holiday ever
This house is amazing, all rooms are beautiful and well equipped. You have a great view of the sea from the back of the property and the hot tub, which was amazing 😀 The host are also amazing, we had a minor problem with the hot tub on our first day and Lisa was really quick in sorting it out. We will definitely be recommending this property to all our family and friends 😊

Stunning location and stunning house! The house has everything you need including little thought out extras and all good quality. The view of Carbis Bay from the hot tub and veranda are amazing and you would never get fed up of looking at it! Great communication and information from the hosts Neil and Lisa. Great space and beautiful location
We had a great stay at this property for two weeks in September. The house is wonderful and spacious - which is hard to find in the area! The views especially are beautiful. Location is fantastic, just 10 minutes down to the beach with lots of amenities which are part of the carbis bay estate. The hill is steep but as long as you take it steady it’s very manageable. We managed with two small children, a pram and all the beach gear! Lisa the host was fantastic, super responsive and resolved any issues we had immediately! In our opinion there are a few areas of the house that are in need of a little TLC and there were some little touches missing for an accomodation type of this level, but nothing that would stop us from returning in the future

Wonderful
Lovely, modern, bright and airy property with all mod cons. Very comfortable beds. Hot tub was a great bonus in the evening, soaking our tired legs after some very steep walks. Great location being only 20mins walk into St.Ives and a 10min walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay beach. We have stayed in Carbis Bay on many occasions and this property is one of the best we have stayed in. Would thoroughly recommend.

Stunning house and views.
Just had the most wonderful week at Spernen Wyn. The house is gorgeous, stunning views from every room. Super comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Location is great, with a large Tesco such a short walk away and many beautiful towns a short drive. We may have slightly underestimated the hill climb down to the beach but the aching muscles were easily sorted with an evening soak in the hot tub. We’re already hoping to return another year.

Amazing House
The house never disappoints. We stayed here for our wedding at The Carbis Bay Hotel. Having previously stayed here it was better than we remember, so much space, parking for multiple cars, perfect location, all the facilities you need and the views over carbis bay are simply spectacular. What a view - it got 5 massive WOW,s from us the view is just stunning
The property was lovely and clean and the owners have put a lot of thought into making sure you have everything you need. We spent lots of time in the garden and the hot-tub which was a great relaxing plus to a busy day. Tesco is a 10 min walk 5 min drive which is very handy. This is by far the easiest 5/5 rating I have given.

Wonderful experience from enquiries about the property, to paying and then any questions I had they were more then happy to help and very prompt in the reply. The house itself was immaculate, had everything you could possibly need and more! The view was spectacular and meant some mornings and evenings we didn’t even want to leave we just relaxed around the house which was perfect. The local was brilliant and could easily walk to all 3 local beaches. Carbis bay being the easiest but we love all 3 especially as our children loved to surf. I would highly recommend this property and are looking at it for next year already.

Perfect
We were looking for somewhere beautiful to rest and enjoy, it was certainly that, and that view… wow! The house is absolutely perfect ( if you need it, it exists, so well thought through) for a stay with teenagers it was just perfect, plenty of their own space then we could come together for meals with a large central table, and the best equipped kitchen I have ever come across! The hot tub is a perfect (well maintained) place to relax, and again to enjoy “that view “ We played board games as a family, had table tennis tournaments and even had time to read a book on the Sun lounger. The beach is beautiful ( if you’re going, spend the day) the hill back up is not for the faint hearted, but the beach has everything you may need (toilets, pizza, deck chairs to rent, body boards, surfboards and kayaks and so get your steps in… it’s worth it. I can’t praise this holiday enough, it really was perfect 😍

Simply Beautiful
This house is gorgeous and has everything you could need for a luxury holiday. The decor is light and bright, the bedding crisp and white and the towels large and fluffy. The master suite is large and has both a bath and large separate shower. Outside the garden is on 2 levels with decking off the lounge and kitchen diner with plenty of chairs and loungers to choose from and take in the sea view. Plus the hot tub which was a lovely treat. The location is superb - walking distance of some great pubs, restaurants, Tesco for provisions plus the beach and the train to St Ives which means no stressful parking. At £2 return and a quick 4 minute train ride it makes for a very stress free break. Excellent communication with the owners who were quick to respond and very accommodating. Thanks for the recommendations for eating - all of which we tried and loved!
