This sunny south facing apartment commands a fine view over the Harbour and St Ives' Bay from the open plan sitting/dining room and double bedroom. There is also a little balcony at the front to enjoy the lovely views with a coffee or a glass of wine! The apartment is easily accessed at ground level through a small courtyard at the rear on Back Road East. It is centrally heated, double glazed and close carpeted. Modern furnishings and a unique collection of paintings by local artists add to the flat's bright ambience.

Splendid view over the Harbour. Comfortable settee, 2 easy chairs, dining table for 4 and Smart TV. Flame effect electric heater for additional heating if required.

Spacious recently fitted shower room. Electric shower with variable drenching spray, heated towel rail and a steam-free illuminated mirror with a socket for an electric toothbrush and shaver. Wash basin and WC.

No. 1 and 3 Sunnyside can be booked together to conveniently accommodate large family groups.
