Easy check in- Stacy was very helpful. Had a great breakfast, and enjoyed the coffee, tea, and hot cocoa that was always available. If you’re going to the island, get your tickets here at a discount and save the hassle of buying at the dock. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was a bit squeaky, and could feel some of the springs in certain spots. But other than that, no complaints.

It seems like someone bought this property and just stopped taking care of it. Between the pealing paint, dirty hallways, lack of maintenance, and outdated 2nd floor rooms it just doesnt feel like i should have paid almost $300 for one night!! The pros aren't many but.. the gentleman who checked us out in the morning was very nice. The pool and breakfast was also a perk. Location is amazing.

We got an upgraded room (king bed) non smoking. The bathroom smelled like a chain smoker had been in it the night before. Some hallways and stairs in rough shape. Microwave knobs broken, toilet didnt refill properly. Just lots of things that makes a stay bothersome.

Wonderful hotel with amazing views. Room was cleaned daily by housekeeping. Nice breakfast options. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. They provide firewood for the firepits. BBQ's you can use. Loundge chairs. They have a designated swimming area for people along with corn hole and large connect 4 game. Only recommendation is to have someone clean up the geese feces daily. Would definitely come back.

Liked the overview of the lake and beautiful sun rise in the morning.didnt like all the bugs that were all around the outside lights of the rooms and as soon as we opened the door to get into our room so many bugs got into the room.the person at the front desk didn't seem like it was a big deal but to us it was.
