"Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Problem with toilet was remedied immediately. Hotel could do with pool area being smartened up. Sound proofing between rooms not the best. Loud music played a few evenings but was dealt with by staff when contacted. Great location for central St Helier, easy to walk to many areas. On the whole, a great stay in Jersey."

"Silvana and Carlos are excellent hosts, we couldn't thank them enough for all their help during our stay. We loved the guest lounge and garden, all rooms face towards the sea and are very nicely decorated and furnished. The hotel has a wonderful panoramic view over St Helier and out to sea."

"The hotel is apparently closing soon which is a shame because we loved it. It was a bit quirky and old fashioned but very clean. The staff were superb and very friendly. The bar service and food quality was good. The position was excellent, convenient for the local restaurants and bus station. You can easily reach it by bus from the airport too. We stayed for six nights with friends and we all had a great time."

"Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very tasty. Bathroom was very clean. Room was a bit outdated but perfectly fine to stay. "

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "
