"Upgraded although unsure what was better about that room . Very basic . Towels threadbare. Breakfast good. Car park awful and hard to find and corridors to this stink of urine and dried faeces on the floor . Have to enter back door of hotel. Feels very dodgy ."

"Carla was very helpful, making sure all details to get in were available to me. She even came out when I arrived at around 7pm she helped me get in. The bed is super comfortable and I had all the creature comforts I needed"
